+The place is located very close to famous cafes with south cliff views. The breakfast was a unique experience for us (thanks to the amazing staff), it was very well managed, despite many guests everything went smoothly. Lastly the host (Sid) was very gentle and friendly, he guided us for Scooter renting, good restaurants options and ensured we have a pleasant stay.
−We booked the second most expensive room of the property, it was in front of the pool and dining area. But the room did not have had a TV (which was strange as its provided in hotels/ properties which are much cheaper than this one). It did not bother much, but it would have been better with the TV (or some portable projector for watching movies etc.)

+Charming villa rooms set in a beautiful garden, located on a quiet road a little away from Varkala’s main beach. There’s a great restaurant just across the street, and South Cliff Beach is only a 10-minute walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even arranging a driver for us to Kottayam. A lovely and peaceful place to stay!

“Really a good, comfy stay with an excellent atmosphere. Can go again and again.”
+The location, surrounding and the entire design of the property along with the staff.
−Not a big miss but little too small furniture’s or tables to keep the items. Need to switch between lamps, cable sockets and kettles all the time. Addition of TV and a breakfast menu variety could have been slightly better

“Villa Akasa was just like home.”
+The location, proximity to the beach, the villas themselves… no superlative is enough to describe this. The attention given to us by the team was wonderful. This was my baby’s first vacation and she had a lovely time, a testament to great hospitality.
−Nothing at all.
