“Location very good but disappointed with issues above”
+Location was good. Overall feel was fine.
−A pair of shorts was missing from the room, after room being cleaned my toothbrush had a weird unpleasant taste, towels had holes in them. Staff was not always available. Mattress in one room was horrific with springs popping out.

“Beautiful location very comfortable, walkable to everywhere”
+We had a large balcony, and the staff were very kind.
−I had been charged via Booking.com and they tried to charge me for my room again at time of paying the city tax. It was difficult with the language barrier but luckily it got sorted out, though they seemed a bit upset like I was trying to get out of paying for it.

“Hôtel avec charme très bien situé! Mais qui gagnerait à effectuer quelques rénovations!”
+La localisation était parfaite. Il y avait un endroit pour stationner la voiture. Le lit était confortable.
−La salle de bain de notre chambre n’apparaissait pas sur les photos de l’établissement. Il y avait de la moisissure sur les murs de la douche. Elle était confortable avec une bonne pression, mais il fallait fermer les yeux.

+A localização era excelente, aproximadamente 3/5min andando da Estação de trem Monterosso. Bem no centro, próximo à praia (era só descer a rua), mas não na "orla", então era bem tranquilo para descansar à noite, mas ainda assim com movimentação. Vários restaurantes perto, tranquilo para andar durante o dia e a noite. A Pizzaria Il Fornaio di Monterosso é pertinho, muito gostosa e parecia ser frequentada pelos locais. O café da manhã era bem satisfatório, mas não havia muitas opções ou mudanças entre os dias, o que é bem comum na Europa. Tinha opções de salada, pães, croissants (inclusive recheados doces), ovos, bacon, queijo, presunto/peito de peru, geleias, nutella, café, chá, leite, água, sucos e alguns doces (bolos, tortinhas). Chamou nossa atenção ter favo de mel e iogurte natural. Era preparado, a pedido, café americano, expresso, cappuccino e chocolate quente. A funcionária do café da manhã, salvo engano de nome Joana, era um amor, muito prestativa e atenciosa. Recomendo que chegue para tomar café logo no início. O quarto e o banheiro são espaçosos, a ducha muito gostosa e a vista do hotel/quarto era bem bonita para a praia e as montanhas. Eu solicitei que me emprestassem o a
−Acredito que, como o café da manhã não estava incluso (pagamos 10 euros a diária, por pessoa, mas agora aumentou para 15 euros), nem todos os itens eram repostos.

+Zimmer und Bad waren gross und sauber. Housekeeping und die Dame am Frühstück waren alle sehr nett. Parking auf einem Feld war gratis.
−Das Frühstück war leider nur mittelmässig. Besonders das Brot war enttäuschend. Es war so hart und alt, dass es regelrecht zerbröselte. Die Herren an der Rezeption waren nicht besonders gastfreundlich. Das Zimmer war im Grossen und Ganzen in Ordnung und für den Preis angemessen. Insgesamt machte das Hotel jedoch einen etwas vernachlässigten Eindruck. Mit etwas mehr Pflege, Aufmerksamkeit und Liebe zum Detail könnte man hier deutlich mehr herausholen.
