+The location is great - in the middle of the old town. The appartment has a great living room and kitchen and a small balcony.
−On the pictures and from the description I did not understand that one room does not have a window and the other one does not have a door. The whole flat needs maintenance and a good deep cleaning. It is on the 4th floor without lift. The bedsheets do not fit the bed.

“Beautiful and cozy appartement, well located. No lift and power issues”
+Beautiful Appartement, well renovated with Style. Huge beds with very comfortable mattresses. The main bedroom is big and had plenty of wardrobe space. Located in plain city center. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
−There is NO ELEVATOR / LIFT, and located on the 4th floor. Electricity went out (we had a power outage) as soon as the AC and shower were working together. The whole electrical installation is old . Fortunately the owner solved it in 30 minutes. Also the bathroom and main room miss some hangers for the clothes. It Is a bit noisy from the outside, because in the center

“Location was a Gem but a bit disappointing.”
+Location was the highlight for this Villa. Only few steps from restaurants, bars, coffeeshop, etc. Room is aesthetically pleasing and has a minimalist vibes.
−>The room was really nice and clean but upon closer look, its disappointing that it was not properly maintained. We stayed during summer so you could imagine the heat. Of course after touring during the day in sweltering heat you'll love to go back to a cold room. But AC is not working properly it was really stressful. We tried to tell the host but no action was given. >If you have a heavy luggage, you'll find it a challenge as there is no lift, only stairs to 4th floor. >We got the impression that host/staff are not accomodating and not responsive. We have to get in touch with them a couple of times for the check in procedure and all. Compared to other Villa/room/apartment we've stayed at, the host are usually very approachable, has intiative to get in touch with clients, very hospitable and informative of the Do's and Dont's. We did not receive the same vibes here. I hope they could address some above concerns as it was really disappointing. The place was really a gem for its location and has a big potential to thrive.

+Заселение и выселение проходит дистанционно, никаких проблем не возникло. По апартаментам никаких претензий - всё прекрасно. Единственный момент - 4 этаж и нет лифта) С чемоданом 23кг пришлось вспомнить тренажерный зал)

+Понравилось местоположение и размер апартаментов, высота потолка и размер душевой кабины
−4 этаж без лифта, спальня без окна, в прихожей нет ни банкетки, ни полки , ни рожка для обуви, в ванной ни одного крючка, полотенцесушитель не работает, нет посуды для приготовления пищи, грязновато.
