“Great spot for the family”

+We had a very pleasant stay at this place and happily recommend to others. The check-in process was smooth, with friendly owner who made us feel welcome from the start. Our check-in was late midnight though uncle Henry was awake and welcomed with smile.
−Complimentary breakfast was enjoyable with a variety of options to suit different tastes.

“Excellent location, welcome, value for money.”
+Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Cannot fault. Beyond perfect for my wife and two children aged 3 & 1. There is enough separation between the two villas that our kids didn’t bother the other parties trip and they didn’t bother us. Staff were incredibly accommodating and very kind. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely come back again! There is a great beach club a 5 minute Tuk Tuk away (costs about 400 rupees each way) which is great to hang out at (see pictures) that we spent a good few evenings and days when you want beach instead of pool.

“Villa80 review - highly recommended”
+It was a fantastic chilled setting to finish our travels around Sri Lanka. All the staff were very welcoming and made us feel at home. The rooms were very spacious and there was a separate room for our daughter. This allowed us to have lunch and dinner on the dining table outside her room, so we could eat in peace while she slept. The food at Villa80 was fantastic! Fresh locally sourced fish each day for lunch. Crab curry for dinner was also a highlight and the breakfast each morning was also brilliant, particularly the Sri Lanka breakfast. Villa80 is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops etc, all easy to travelling in a tuk tuk within a few minutes. The pool was also brilliant and our daughter loved the slide!

+The staff were really friendly and great with the kids. Our kids loved the pool. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We would highly recommend stopping here.

“Unmissable.”
+It was an extremely good property. Great greenery with a home like feel. It is not RUN as a property by the owner. It is loved and cared for as if it were his own child. It was a huge area. I guess it to be much larger than an acre in area. Swimming pool is big enough a family to swim without hitting each other. Breakfast is home cooked. And served right outside your room. Can't get a better deal. And owner, Henry cares for you as a father ar family elder. He looks after and cares for your kids as a grandfather would. Couldn't have enough praise to put in a post regarding this property.
−It's not as if I don't like, but, it could be a little more helpful if we can get a couple more charging points. But, the great ambience of the room cannot be disturbed. So, I guess we can get along with whatever is available. It is manageable for normal families with not too many gadgets with them. And can sleep a few days with our phone being charged a few feet distance from our head.

“Comfortable stay. Value for money.”
+Mr Henry is a wonderful person. He makes u feel welcomed and home. We were given very special treatment during check in. We stayed in 2 bedroom villa. It was spacious, with exit options from both rooms - ensuring full comfort and privacy to the other person. 2 bathrooms were add on. We got very good srilankan breakfast. Mr Henry kept on checking on our well being and ensured that we are comfortable. He was kind enough to give us complimentary milk too when we requested in night, even when we requested to pay. We loved and enjoyed our stay.

“Wonderful, peaceful and perfect for a large family.”
+A beautiful family friendly property that we stayed at over Christmas. We were a family of 11 (5 adults and 6 children). The bungalow was the perfect fit for our family. Both the outdoor and indoor space was clean and tidy and well maintained. Henry was a wonderful host, very helpful and kind.

“A lovely and very comfortable stay!”
+Great location close to shops and restaurants, the grounds are beautifully kept, and the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast each morning was an absolute treat! Henry is a wonderful host - and his staff are incredibly kind and attentive. A special shoutout to Lakshmi who was so playful with patient with my 3 year old daughter.
−There was constructions happening onsite on the days we were there, but this was not hugely invasive.
