+This place was awesome! As a full one bedroom apartment, complete with kitchenette and living room, this felt more like a place to live than a hotel room. The apartment and premise were immaculately clean. The staff were all so kind and helpful and really just made you feel at home. Management were quick to respond to any difficulties (we had a few power outages) and willing to answer any questions about Dahab. It's on a quiet road, easy to access by car and a quick walk from most buses from Sharm. As pedestrians, we were easily able to walk to the water (~5 minutes), nearby restaurants, and the grocer. They even have a washing machine they let guests use for a nominal fee (laundry was surprisingly hard to accomplish in Dahab). Highly recommend - comfortable, clean, and great value

“I don’t recommend”
−I do not recommend staying at Villa 22. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing from the beginning. The villa had an ant problem, and several basic amenities were missing. There were no towels when we arrived, and we had to keep asking for two days before receiving them. We only got one towel at first, and the other two came after repeated requests. The staff also ignored many of our requests, which was very frustrating. In the end, I had to go out and buy basic items myself because they were not provided. To make matters worse, the Wi Fi did not work at all during our stay. I also paid for breakfast and dinner, which turned out to be a complete waste of money. We were told there would be a set menu with different options, but that was not the case. Breakfast was extremely poor, with almost no variety, and we had no choice over what we were served. Dinner was even more disappointing. The food was not good, and the rice was undercooked almost every day, even after we mentioned it several times. On our last night, dinner consisted of plain pasta and salad, which we refused because it was unacceptable. Overall, I paid extra for meals but ended up eating at restaurants inst

+I come here with my family from Italy for a vacation of 14 days, it was honestly a beuatiful experience. The workers of this property are very helpful and fast, everything we've asked them was done with kindness. The space we've stayed in was suitable as we expected, the breakfast is typical and really lovable also from the rooftop you can see the Red Sea!!

“This is a good accommodation in local terms, we loved it, we will go back.”
+It was close to the beach and the city center. Everything was within a short walk.The breakfast was quite good, but the coffee was instant, not regular espresso. I didn't like that so much. However, I really liked that breakfast was served on the roof terrace. The staff were very nice and helpful.
−There was no shower tray, we had to clean the water from the bathroom after every shower.

“Лучшее соотношение цена/качество”
+Соотношение цена/качество на высоте. За ту цену, которую мы заплатили за 2 недели - прекрасное место. Два кондиционера (по одному на комнату). Оба работали исправно. Бойлер, но с достаточным количеством горячей воды для двоих. Холодильник, газовая плита и раковина. Все работает. Стиральная машина общая на территории, проблем с использованием не возникло.И даже балкон, где можно сушить немного вещей. Твердый, но хороший матрас и гигантская двуспальня кровать. Парковка для велосипедов на территории. Ухоженая территория.
−К сожалению нет микроволновки (но и не была заявлена). Очень темное освещение в комнатах. Одинаковые завтраки (но тут опять же за такую цену наличие завтраков уже плюс).
