+From our room we had a lovely view of the garden, its wildlife and water. We were fortunate that it was low season so we had the place to ourselves.

+I don’t think there is any need to repeat all the positive comments about the clean and cosy hotel, the excellent breakfasts, and the very good restaurant. Instead, I’d like to focus on something that I don’t think has been mentioned enough - all the little details that made us feel truly comfortable and welcome here. The owner is very kind, and since we stayed for several nights, I especially appreciated that someone had finally put some real thought into making the sofa bed comfortable for children. Large, proper mattresses were placed on top of the fold-out sofa, so our daughters literally slept like princesses. 😊 Anyone who has ever travelled with children and experienced an uncomfortable sofa bed will know just how much a detail like this matters. I believe that great accommodation is often all about the little things. For example, the bathroom was stocked with all the basic toiletries you might need - a toothbrush and toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, and even conditioner. An absolute lifesaver for forgetful travellers! Every two days, a very lovely lady came to clean our room, which we really appreciated after coming back from the beach with sand somehow finding its way abso
