“Beautiful flat, excellent location, amazing hospitality 🇦🇱🌞💯”
+Moodlight in the bathroom! It's what stood out first, and proritized the apartment above every other option immediately. Perfect location close to the supermarket, beach, restaurants, and bus stop. Mop & bucket available on request. Proper size fridge. Comfortable bed. Two couches. Desk, bar, and shelves are sufficient for storage. There's space for your cosmetics on the windowsill for showering. Excellent water pressure. Illy coffee machine available with 4 capsules. Washing machine available with 6 laundry detergent pods. Despite being a ground floor apartment, there were no ants/bugs or safety concerns. Efficient, and not too loud air conditioning. Even though the hotel towels are not allowed to be taken out, If you also didn't bring your own beach towel, the landlord can lend you one. She lives nearby for queries in person, and very responsive on whatsapp. There was wine, water, biscuits, and nuts in the fridge as welcome package. I arrived late due to having to go to the police station because of an incident on the ferry, so she ordered me a lovely pizza as consolation. When I found out that the bus to Sarandë only accepts cash, I offered her 20 DKK for 200 ALL, but she didn't
−No microwave, although it wasn't advertised either. Even though there are lighter and thicker blinds as well in the bedroom, they don't do much about keeping the room dark, so I advise eyemask for sleep. As it's a central location with beach parties nearby, you will need earplugs if you intend to sleep before midnight when the music stops with one minute of fireworks. There was a moldy smell in the lower kitchen cabinet and the bathroom cabinet. I wish there was an option for moodlight in the kitchen/living room too, as all lights are intense.

“Modern apartment in the heart of Ksamil with everything in walking distance”
+Very good location, no need to drive anywhere. Didn't move the car at all during our stay. Modern, clean apartment at ground level. The hostess was very nice, gave us fruits.
−The only disadvantage is the noise coming from the party places around, on some days after midnight, even with all -including bathroom windows closed. Parking can be a little tricky, but actually no need to use the car. Some Kitchen equipment, salt pepper, oil would be nice, as well as a coffee machine that works with normal ground coffee because we couldn't find the very special pads to buy..

+We had a wonderful stay at this studio in Ksamil! The location was perfect, very close to the beach and everything you need is within easy reach. The room was spotlessly clean, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. Everything you could need was available in the studio, making our stay very comfortable. The host was also fantastic: very friendly, responsive and helpful. Whenever we were missing something, the host arranged it straight away. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Ksamil. We would happily stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“Her şey harika!”
+100 puan olsa 100 puan verirdim. Ev sahibi mükemmel bir insan, bize her konuda yardımcı oldu her isteğimizi anında temin etti. Odamız zaten çok güzeldi aynı fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi. Her şey tertemiz ve tüm mutfak eşyaları yeterliydi. Plajlara ve marketlere çok yakın konumu da harika. Otoparkı da çok düzenli kimin nereye nasıl park edeceğine kadar düzenleniyor. Tekrar gelsem tekrar burada kalırdım. Arnavutluk seyahatimiz boyunca konakladığımız en iyi yer. Her şey için çok teşekkürler!
−Sadece oda üç kişilik ama biraz küçük, biz iki kişi kaldık gayet yeterliydi ama üç kişi için biraz küçük olabilir Bilginiz olsun.

+Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt! Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe eines der schönsten Strände und auch das Zentrum ist schnell erreichbar. Die Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich freundlich und herzlich, sodass man sich sofort familiär wohlgefühlt hat. Alle Wünsche wurden tadellos erfüllt und auch die Sauberkeit war hervorragend. Ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team - wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
