“Really god value for the location”
+The property was on the beach road and a 20 second walk to the beach. It was also in a good location close to shops and restaurants.
−Nothing really. It was basic, but clean and the owners communicated very well.

“Worth the location”
+Great location, right at the beach. Overall is okay for the price, but is worth the location.
−It had all the essentials, but only one glass, and a beer chop, all plates were different and it could be cleaner (fridge, kitchen, utensils, bathrrom). We dind't have a duvet (but we didn't ask for one either, I guess they would give you one if you ask).

+The location is excellent - best beaches and restaurants are in the walking distance. The property has basic essentials but offers a great value for money if you came to enjoy Ksamil and not the hotel room.
−The wardrobes at out room 9 were so smelly (some kind of old wooden wardrobe smell) that they were impossible to use without having all the clothes smell the same.

“Great stay! The staff was friendly, the room was spotless, and above all, the location was perfect. Highly recommended!”
+Wonderful stay! The location is excellent, with everything you need nearby. The bathroom was also beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place!
−The lady we were messaging tried to increase the price when we arrived. We had withdrawn the exact amount agreed upon on Booking, so we stood firm on the original price shown in our reservation. In the end, she accepted the original price without any problem. However, the cleaning lady was very welcoming and friendly.
