“Super Herergovka”

“We're leaving this valuation mainly because of this persistent plumbing issue and how it was handled, which made our”
+The property is lovely, especially the pool and terrace area, great spots to relax. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a good bed and a balcony (it looked out over the parking lot, but that was totally fine). The bathroom had all the basics, and they brought us extra toilet paper quickly when we asked. Communication with the host was just okay overall, and the place itself was kept clean.
−The biggest issue for us was a persistent sewage smell in the bathroom, starting from our very first night. When we brought it up the second morning, the host messaged saying someone would come by in a few minutes, but we had already left the room for the day. Two days ago, the host messaged again saying someone would come to put water in the drain, but nobody ever showed up while we were there. Pouring water down the drain only helped temporarily, so we had to keep doing it ourselves every day just to manage the smell. I had seen this issue mentioned in a few older reviews before booking, but I didn't expect it to actually be a problem during our stay.
