“Spacious quiet apartment in a complex with grounds, swimming pool and bar, close to beach&amenities”
+Sizeable apartment, quiet, nice terrace, fully equipped kitchen, garage, close to the beach, close to amenities. Comfortable bedroom, good mattresses. Enough storage. Aircon is sophisticated to control, but works well once you get the hang of it. It's worth reading the short instruction about the central control unit. We arrived at 1am, the system for entering out of hours was pretty good. We asked if we can find some cold beer on arrival, staff put a few bottles in our fridge, which we paid later at the pool bar. We also found milk, water, tea. Pool bar is nice, we had great cappuccino, friendly service. We requested late check out, which was arranged without extra charge.
−Really steep stairs to our apartment, not a problem per se, but people with mobility issues should be aware. The garage is quite tight to park, smaller cars recommended. Would be nice to leave a few coffee tabs for the first morning, even if you charge for them. All else was provided, including milk, but the coffee machine is quite specific.

“VIP treatment as standard in Vila Castelo Parque”
+Apartment was beautiful - fully equipped for all our needs - comfy beds, 3 bathrooms, good wifi, everything in kitchen, complementary bottle of wine as well as bread and milk, balconies with loungers, table and hottub. The staff were welcoming and helpful and time was taken to recommend things to see in Ferragudo and we were shown to the apartment by the staff member. Such personal service was really appreciated. Our return flight was at night - we were given a couple of extra hours to check out, which was very kind and we had the use of pool, gym and showers until we left by taxi kindly arranged by reception. I felt really valued as a guest here and nothing was too much trouble. Immaculately kept pool, gym, tabletennis and pool bar, lounge area for gathering during the day. We spent our beach time on Praia Grande, about 10 mins walk - beautiful soft sandy beach with no dips, and inflatable playground for the energetic. Ferragudo is so chill, little streets, the square for eating and hanging out. We felt really relaxed after a few days here.
−I couldn't find fault. We had a row with our induction hob the one evening we ate in, but full instructions were included in the appliance manual and we fixed it easily.

“Wonderful stay in Ferragudo!”
+The location was perfect for a family to enjoy the Algarve region, a lovely family friendly beach a few minutes walk away, and also walking distance to the little village center. The apartment was spacious, luxurious and had amazing views. Our family truly vacationed and would definitely book again.
−The water pressure in the bathroom shower.
