“Location of the hotel and our stay was comfortable”
+Cave room assigned was largest one and accessing was easy with only few steps. Some guests may find living below ground Claustrophobic. Dinning on the terrace with excellent panoramic views of surrounding caves was a pleasure
−Steps to get up to some rooms .

+Overall, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. Despite the availability of rooms with better views, we were given a room on a much lower floor. Additionally, the management called us to lower the TV volume just because another guest complained, even though it was only 9:30 PM. A hotel should provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, not feel like a place where guests have to tiptoe around. I chose to avoid any confrontation, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone in my circle.
