“Helpful host and beautiful view, clean and spacious room!”
+Beautiful view. Spacious room. Mini fridge and hot water kettle provided. Shower with a glass wall. Balcony with furniture.
−Up on the hill so you have to walk a bit. WiFi went in and out but they tried to fix it every time.

“A great stay in Ella”
+The quietness once you start to climb down the stairs to the hotel The helpful staff The open views to Ella's Rock from the bed The location : from there by foot you can access all major sites. The price 🙂
−Wifi is not so strong. For important meetings you might ask for a desk at the reception where connectivity is more reliable. We did that and it was perfect. Yes the stairs are quite something but everybody wants a bit of movement and their life and the views are well worth it!

+The staff were polite and helpful. They even called me before the trip and gave me advice about the pekoe trails I was planning to explore. When I got there, they came to the bottom of the street to guide me to the location. The breakfast was excellent.
−I didn't like the fact that booking.com says breakfast is included but the hotel says I needed to pay extra for breakfast. I also didn't like the fact that access to the property was through a very steep road. My car, being front wheel drive, struggled to grip the road. That was scary.
