“Great venue away from town so quiet but close to the best snorkeling, diving.”
+Everything ! I had an upstairs room,it was large and clean. The view was exceptional. To be able to snorkel out front in Lipah bay and Diving at Jemeluk bay was the reason why I booked this hotel. Underwater life beautiful. Staff were delightful, restaurant, very good food fantastic view.
−The property didn’t have a spa, but you can get local ladies come to your room.

+Staff were friendly and helpful and it was an amazing location. Right on the crystal clear water with excellent snorkelling which you can hire easily on the beach
−I agree with other reviews in that the resort was a walk through area to the beach because of the restaurant etc. great for business but I think the pool area should just be for people staying there.

“Great location and good food and drinks”
+the location is great its right on the beach. The cocktails and food are good.
−The pool is right beside the restaurant and is used by people that are not guests. It is open to the pubic and it can be hard to get a lounge as they are all taken but are not being used by people.
