+The best part of this hotel is the Front Desk service. They are all nice and very helpful people working at the desk, and will help with just about anything. The rest of the staff is friendly too. A mostly comfortable and quiet hotel in a good location, if you don't mind older furniture and bathroom facilities. Overall a great experience here.

“Anita at front desk was very helpful and very kind”
+Anita at the front desk was very helpful and very kind. She arranged the tours and transports. She saw to it what we needed in our stay and gave us clear view of city informations. We gave her a tip of $40 and we could had given more for what she deserved. Anita of Victoria hotel was amazing.
