“Great location and comfortable place in Mestre.”
+Great location and convenient to bus, train, restaurants and markets. The owner was available and friendly, gave helpful information. Liked a community kitchen area, with refrigerator and coffee maker in room.

“Highly recommend as a comfortable and affordable stay with simple access to Venice.”
+Easy access and great location for quick bus into Venice. Big supermarket and shops very close by. Perfect location to enjoy Venice with comforts and convenience. The room was bigger and brighter than expected. Very clean and had everything we needed. Host was great with directions and recommendations.

“Great apartment very clean and spacious”
+Great apartment very clean and large. The owner met us upon arrival and explained everything we needed to know and made getting around so easy. Bus stop was about a 3 minute walk and caught the 4L straight into Venice which runs every 10 minutes until 8.30 pm then every 30 mins, it took around 12 minutes to get into Venice on the 4L (tickets 1.50 euro single trip I believe up to 75 mins from validating on the bus).
−Neighbourhood was a little tatty and diverse but we didn't encounter any issues except a little noise at night

“Très bon plan pour un séjour à Venise. Je recommande à 100%”
+Bus pour Venise à 4 mn à pied. Supermarché à 4 mn à pied à côté de l’arrêt de bus. Frigo dans la chambre. Possibilité de déposer les bagages avant l’heure d’entrée. Salle de bain privative avec bidet. À disposition thé, café et tisane gratuitement ainsi que fe la vaisselle et un micro-onde. Grande surface de chambre avec un grand placard pour ranger et plusieurs porte manteaux. Tapis de douche, serviette pour les mains et par personne: 1 petite serviette et 1 grande serviette. Gel douche et savonnette.
−Aucun ménage de fait ni de poubelle vidée en 4 nuits passées sur place.

+Besitzer total nett hat auch erklärt und aufgeschrieben wie man zum Bahnhof oder Bushaltestelle kommt, die sehr nahe an der Unterkunft liegt. Das einzige was tatsächlich fehlt ist ein Frühstück das wussten wir aber vorher. Wir konnten aber, vormittags, die Koffer schon unterstellen uns kurz umziehen und konnten uns auf den Weg nach Venedig machen. Abends waren die Koffer in unserem Zimmer war alles super. Das Haus ist schon älter von außen sieht es eventuell nicht so ganz so toll aus und im Flur stand auch schon ein kleiner Weihnachtsbaum 😂 das fand ich ganz witzig aber die Zimmer sind sehr sauber da kann man nichts sagen für unsere Zwecke völlig ausreichend. Was man vielleicht noch anmerken muss es gibt keinen Zimmerservice, also die Betten werden nicht gemacht oder das Bad geputzt oder so fand ich jetzt aber bei drei Übernachtungen nicht ganz so schlimm.
−Wie gesagt Frühstück wäre super, aber das wussten wir ja vorher, draußen im Flur steht eine Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle stammt Geschirr und Besteck. Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle gibt's auch auf dem Zimmer k also das passt schon. .

+部屋が綺麗で数も多いので、2-3人でも全く問題ありません。サービスドリンクも嬉しかったです。近くの美味しいお店の紹介や、ベネツィア行きのバスの説明、48時間券のアナウンスも助かりました。素晴らしいホスピタリティでした。
−宿は悪く無いですが、周辺の夜の雰囲気は少し怖いかもしれません。5-6人でたむろしている男性がちらほらいました。

“Dzień w Wenecji”
+Świetny właściciel, wytłumaczył szczegółowo wszystko jak poruszać się po Wenecji i dał pyszne polecenia restauracji. Pokój ma wszystko co potrzeba.

+Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy i sprawny. Mieszkanie na żywo okazało się znacznie większe niż wyglądało na zdjęciach. Duży salon wyposażony w kanapę, stół z krzesłami, telewizor, szafę oraz lodówkę. W sypialni znajdują się dwa łóżka (jedno podwójne i jedno pojedyncze) oraz klimatyzacja. W obu pokojach stoją wiatraki. Łazienka również wyposażona we wszystko co potrzebne, włącznie z mydłem oraz płynem do mycia ciała, co jest świetnym udogodnieniem dla osób podróżujących samolotem. Mieszkanie posiada również balkon.
−Pojawił się problem z wejściem do mieszkania. Zamek w drzwiach wejściowych zacinał się, przez co trudno było je otworzyć. Za każdym razem po powrocie musieliśmy siłować się z kluczem. Właściciel powiedział, żeby nie otwierać drzwi na siłę, ponieważ wymaga to odpowiedniej techniki. Był to jedyny minus, jednak bardzo uciążliwy.
