“Clean room but would of like cleaner to come in and change the bins and towels”

“Bad smell on the rooms, cleaning still after checking time.”
+The **only good thing** about this place is the view. I strongly recommend NOT staying here.
−The check-in experience. Check-in is at 3:00 p.m., which is a bit later than other places, but that’s not a problem for me. The issue was that when I arrived, the room was still being cleaned, even though check-out time is at 10:00 a.m. When I asked if I could go into my room, they made me wait, and the cleaning staff seemed very annoyed, as if I was interrupting them. I waited about 15 minutes while they rushed to finish because I had already arrived. I contacted Booking, and they told me to be patient because there was no other option. It was a very uncomfortable situation. On top of that, they had asked for my ID well in advance because there’s no one there to receive you in person, which made things complicated cause nobody confirmed that they had received my ID at all. I want to clarify that sending it wasn’t the issue; the problem was that no one replied that they have received it and I kept receiving endless messages from different people trying to contact me to send my ID that I already have sent. But the worse part is the room smells really bad, and I mean REALLY bad. The bathroom has a horrible sewage odor that makes it hard to sleep. Finally, as a tourist, you have to le

“Soggiorno x concerto Villa borghese”
+Struttura molto pulita in posizione strategica x villa Borghese. La signora che gestisce molto gentile e mi ha aiutato ad entrare avendo smarrito la card …e non me l ha addebita!!!

+Mi hanno chiamato lo stesso giorno del soggiorno per cancellare la prenotazione per problemi idraulici. Mi hanno offerto un’altra struttura molto lontana. Sono stata costretta a cancellare la prenotazione in modo gratuito ma i miei soldi non sono rientrati sul mio conto in banca

“Ampia camera, posizione ottima”
+Ampia camera, moderna e pulita. Bagno finestrato. Posizione molto comoda, a pochi passi da Ambasciata Americana.
−Mancanza di spazi "comuni". Tutto va organizzato da remoto, in quanto lo staff non è presente in struttura. Colazione non prevista.

+La posizione per me comodissima, per raggiungere qualunque destinazione nel centro storico, villa borghese, via veneto. Stanza pulita e arredata in modo moderno.
−L'esperienza di check in è stata poco fluida, ho avuto difficoltà a rintracciare le comunicazioni della struttura, presenti solo sull'app di booking. Comunque non troppo diversa dalle normali esperienze con strutture di questo tipo (codici multipli, cassettine di sicurezza).

“Habitación con olor a tabaco”
+La localización es muy buena. El edificio es viejo pero bonito.
−Habitación con olor a cigarrillos y restos de tabaco en la ventanas. El olor era tan intento que impregnó nuestras ropa al irnos. No recomiendo su visita.

−Il portone non siamo riusciti ad aprirlo con il codice meno male che sono arrivate altre famiglie perchè ho provato a chiamare ma non ho avuto risposta.
