“Basic. Issue is booking.com hotels should accept credit cards”
+I needed this location
−Doesn’t take credit card. Staff was indifferent (there was one person who was friendly, the other wouldn’t even look up from his phone when talking to you.

“Very good stay. Highly recommended for solo travellers.”
+10/10 location and view (I was in a lake view room), hard to get that elsewhere at the same price. The lake is next door, Lotte Centre Hanoi is within walking distance. Plenty of good coffee shops and food shops nearby for people who want to try Vietnamese cuisine, though I’m a native Vietnamese so this point doesn’t really apply to me. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful.
−If you reach the hotel late at night, it would look like the hotel is closed as all doors are closed tight, despite there’s someone standing by all of the time. If the hotel is “closed” for you, just press the bell. The hotel should probably find a way to make tourists not think they are fully closed at night.
