“Cozy and comfortable”

“Big recommendation!”
+I absolutely recommend. The location is perfect!!! Close to the metro and shops and restaurants and other good food options are just outside. The air conditioning works well. And the apartment has everything you need.

+First of all, I must note the staff's responsiveness and ability to assist with transfers and check-in. A transfer driver was provided upon request and did an excellent job. The second highlight is the apartment's superb location. The apartment itself resembles a cozy studio, almost like my mom's hometown apartment. We'll definitely repeat this experience if the opportunity arises. Good luck in your business, dear Italians.

“Disappointed by a misleading advertising, the location is nice however”
+The best was the location, it was exactly what we wanted: close to metro, close to Vatican, a lot of shops around
−The property was listed as a ONE-BEDROOM APARTMENT (overlooking courtyard) with a queen bed and TWO bunk beds when in fact it was a tiny STUDIO with a queen bed and ONE bunk bed. The apartment also overlooked a shadowy well. All of This was super frustrating: being stuck with 2 kids in a tiny studio for 3 weeks when we wanted to stay in a one-bedroom apartment - this was super misleading. The pictures that were provided with my booking contained misleading pictures from an adjacent studio (the hallway, the separate kitchen). The furniture is super worn out, the towels look like they were washed at least a thousand times over decades - unpleasant to touch and super rough. The bed header had some kind of worn out old cloth put on it to cover even more worn out header... The stove missed 2 knobs - the owner told us they removed them due to breaker shut off when all of them are used - again something we were not prepared for - I cook for my family every day and can't wait to cook different dishes, I do this at one go. The picture showed a stove with 4 plates which I was ready to use and apparently could not. Additionally the bathroom had a very strong sewer smell. The owner came a coup

+Bližina metroja in Vatikana, mir ponoči.
−Vsa oprema v nastanitvi je stara, najbolj bi bilo potrebno zamenjati ležišče (udrto), rjuhe in brisače, ki imajo vonj po zatohlem in starem, kot v kopalnici. Kotliček je zelo glasen, posoda umazana in dotrajana. Tudi čisto ni bilo najbolj.
