“Good location if you come with a car.”
+There is an old elevator. It is small, but very useful. Underground parking almost at the door
−Name breakfast is a bit misleading. They give you vouchers for a cup of coffee and a pastry every morning.

“Good location”
+The location of the property was good and about a 15-20 minute walk away from the airport bus drop-off point. There were plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The room was very big with plenty of room and the bed comfortable.
−I am sorry to say that we were somewhat disappointed with our stay. The pictures and description don't really match what is offered. The elevator is tiny but thankfully there was one. We were in Room 3 which was a big room (triple) but the bathroom was very small. There was nowhere to hang damp bath towels or even the hand towel except on the narrow high towel rail - some hooks on the wall would have been an easy fix. The small bench top underneath the sink was in very poor condition with the laminate peeled off in various sections - this is not acceptable and looked terrible. There was no toilet roll holder so the toilet paper had to stay on the bidet or jammed in the towel rail. There was nowhere to place your own toiletries or put your clothing while you were in the shower - a small table or stool would have been appreciated - there is room next to the shower because we were able to put a small spare bedside table in the bathroom so we had somewhere for our toiletries. Our room door did not have a door handle - it was missing and where the handle should have been was poorly patched over. The kettle in the room did not work properly and would not stay switched on. “Super Lage und sehr gepflegte Unterkunft.”
+Das Frühstück haben wir nur am ersten Tag genutzt. Um die Ecke war nämlich eine kleine Kaffeebar, die hatten superleckeren Kaffee und Croissants . Das war näher und besser. Die Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten war toll, der Petersplatz ist 10 min zu Fuss zu erreichen. Und viele Möglichkeiten um abends gut zu essen i der Nähe.Das Zimmer war gut mit dem Lift zu erreichen , sehr sauber und gepflegt.

+Die Location ist gegenüber dem Markt und 2 Blocks vom Vaticanmuseum entfernt
−Die Tür hatte kein Türgriff und die Toilette war undicht. Da wollte sich die Vermieterin drum kümmern. Das Frühstück war 2 Blocks entfernt in einem Kaffee und man hat Gutscheine bekommen um sich dort ein Croissants und Kaffee zu holen.

+-L’emplacement au pied du vatican -En total autonomie pour la prise des lieux avec boitier cadenas et code d’entree -deux grand lit tv et piece assez grande
−-Plusieurs petit materiel cassé( robinet SDB ne tient pas, prise mural pas fixé mur SDB, poignee douche italienne pas serré ) volet de la chambre qu’on ne peut pas fermer sans rayé l’encadrement -insonorisation moyenne -lumière du couloir sur détecteur et se déclenche si on va toilette ou SDB durant la nuit

−El desayuno en la cafetería era muy pobre, solamente un café y un bollo dulce de baja calidad, sin opción a más. Creo que para el precio que se paga por el alojamiento podría ser mejor.

+La struttura merita davvero un ottima recensione. 3 piano con ascensore...ingresso in comune con cialde e altro ( nonostante i ticket per la colazione a un bar vicino convenzionato). Stanza pulita e moderna anche il bagno e la doccia molto spaziosa. Assistenza da remoto con codici accesso , possibilità di lasciare zaini lì senza problemi. Davvero ottima la posizione 5 min dalla metro Ottaviano e a solo 10 minuti da musei vaticani e san Pietro. Quartiere residenziale tranquillo per la notte senza caos, e bei posti nei dintorni dove mangiare bere ecc... ci torneró sicuramente
