“Fair enough. I'd like to ask if there's a discount or promotion if I'll come back to stay.”
+The room was clean. I like it.
−My only concern was that there's no soundproofing in my room, which means I've heard some kind of noise from the adjacent room. Maybe you can check the room 306 which I stayed. Appreciate it.

“but anyway the staff is very nice and helpfull”
+I think this is hotel is very near from MRT so I can walk just to MRT Station, and the room is so very cramped
−I like the room very wide may be 3x5 mtr square so we have space to put our luggage

“Up to expectation”
+The room was small but was comfortable and clean. Toilet was also small, but it is good for just one person. The hotel has a quiet policy begin at 10pm everyday, so I guess that keeps the noise down. Hairdryer was provided. They even have a special tap just for drinking water, love that. I just refill my drinking water from that tap.
−The room was small, but I guess that is generally the case for Singapore hotel. As the room was small, the toilet and room area was very closed and some water splashed out from the toilet. The wall was not totally soundproof but still ok. The table was really small, just enough for me to put my phone and water bottle. It is quite a walking distance from the MRT station. But it should not be a problem for young people who can walk. I was not sure whether the air-conditioner was functioning because I did not feel much air though. But I prefer a warmer room so not a problem for me.
