+Christine & Tony (and Tilly :-) ) are the most lovely souls I have ever met. The room is at the top of the house and just a little cozy place to stay in if it is bad weather. There is a couch and the bed is wonderful. If you want to have a place in Exeter, please stay here.

+Very clean location , fair pricing, very smooth booking process.. Christine and Tony were very friendly and professional .Great communication. The view from the window is amazing. Free and easy parking during the weekend.

+This is a room on the top floor of the house, but this does not compromise privacy at all. The room is equipped with its own bathroom, a kitchenette with a pre-prepared breakfast, and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The owners are very lovely people, always ready to help and advise on anything. Located in a very picturesque area, within walking distance of the University of Exeter and St David’s station

+The room was very spacious and light, with a comfortable seating area, and a very nice bathroom. The breakfast provision and the equipment for making drinks etc. was excellent.
−We would have preferred parking off the main road.

+I had an exceptional stay with Tony and Christine. The accommodation was spotless and beautifully maintained, offering real comfort and a true joke feeling. They were warm, welcoming and genuinely thoughtful hosts who made the experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious, and the location was ideal for everything I needed. I would happily stay again and highly recommend it to others.

+We chose the place partly because of the proximity to our granddaughter's university lodging and for that it worked very well. We were comfortable and the property owners were very helpful when asked about eating places. Having our own front door key made coming and going very easy. It worked well for us.
−We could have done with some kitchen roll to act as napkins and some plastic mugs for the bathroom. The breakfast arrangements took us a little by surprise, but in fact they worked ultimately.
