“Great hospitality during World Cup 2018”
+The staff is superb in helping the guests, Sandra speaks excellent English very helpful in finding transportation and taxis for us. Also Anishtesia very sweet lady, smiley and welcoming any questions, around the clock shifts. The hotel is far from downtown or city center about one hour and the traffic to/out from Moscow is hectic. The atmosphere in the hotel is very relaxing, meals are fine reasonable in quality and costs. Just a little more English at the reception desk is helpful.

+This hotel is far off a main road in an area with no street signs or street lights. If the taxi driver had not already known where it is then it would have been hard to find. The property is set up like apartment buildings and we had to walk with our 20+Kg bags very far down hill to get to our building. There are no lights along the road to the building and no light on the building number. Once we got to the building all lights were off including hallways....which turned on once inside. Our room was to have a full or queen bed but had 2 single beds and no phone in the room either.
