“Amaing location in Venizia”
+Location and value for money were outstanding the owner is friendly and its a great place to lay your head after exploring Venizia
−Toilet had a leaky inlet pipe that made the bathroom floor wet and the fix seemed to be a bowl under the pipe didn't affect us much being there one night but might be a bit annoying if youre staying longer

“Budget stay, better than a hostel dorm. Good matress”
+The location and price. They also had good mattresses so we slept okay and it was dark and quiet. I guess better than a hostel and it worked out for one night, for the price and location it's better than a hostel. No bugs so that was a plus.
−Looks nothing like the photo, pretty standard run down and thrown together furniture, no staff, self check in, a rickety vending machine.

+Location was great for exploring. Lovely restaurants within a walking distance. Water bus location very close also. Bed was comfortable.
−The room was adequate, bathroom was not fully cleaned though, the sink plug didn't work and the toilet seat was very loose. Some of the mosquito nets worked but not all making it hard to leave windows open. No tea or coffee facilities in the room as was mentioned in the booking.

“Very satisfied”
+The location was great and very convenient, and communication with the host was excellent. everything was good. The room was on the top floor and has a lovely terrace, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I appreciated the great location and the host’s good communication.
−The only downsides were that the stove in the apartment didn’t work, and the coffee vending machine wasn’t working either.

+It's a nice location, very convenient if you arrive or leave by train, and the neighbourhood is charming and quiet. Self check in process is easy, and you can keep your luggage there at the reception after check out.
−The room 101 was a bit dark, with the biggest window blocked by the wardrobe. The shower is leaking badly, so the floor is always wet.

+Расположение, легко найти
−Была плохая уборка, холодильник с плесенью, душевая грязная, даже от жильцов не был убран использованный шампунь, в номере не убирались во время проживания. На ресепшене очень сложно поймать персонал.

+Der "Vermieter" hat sich direkt gemeldet und war bemüht um Lösungen.
−Das Zimmer,welches wir hatten, entsprach nicht so ganz den tollen Fotos,die mich dazu bewegt hatten,dort zu buchen.Es wurde vermietet obwohl man wusste ,dass es ein Problem im Bad gab und dort jeden Morgen Wasserauf dem Boden stand. Das über uns liegende Bad /Dusche schien auch ein Leitungsproblem zu haben und es tropfte nach häufiger Nutzung durch die Decke. Wir hatten ein extremes Mückenproblem, die Vorgänger wohl auch ,denn die klebten noch überall an den Wänden..... Der Badezimmerschrank war nicht ausgewischt,der Tisch nicht abgewischt,die Lampe völlig verstaubt usw.,nun gut da hat jeder andere Ansprüche,aber da könnte man echt nachbessern. Ja schade, hatte mir mehr erhofft

+La ubicación era excelente tanto para coger el autobús como para conocer la ciudad
−Era mi aniversario de boda. Íbamos con otras expectativas de habitación. Las bonitas, las que salen en las imágenes y fue todo lo contrario. Una habitación horrible, nada cuidada, con el pomo de la puerta roto y el secador del pelo estropeado. Solicité un nuevo secador y sin problema me lo dieron , pero no me cambiaron la habitación pese a que lo pedí. Si destacó que nos guardaron unas horas las maletas para no ir cargados por la ciudad
