“Do not stay here”
+It is close to the airport, provides shuttle service, we left our vehicle there while traveling. And truth be said, the beds were not bad.
−It was probably the cheapest, nastiest hotel we've ever stayed at. There were little bugs (fruit flies?) all over the room, it smelled like smoke and I think people were living there.

“Really no complaints.”
+Everything wa fine. The clerk, Mashelly, was very pleasant and she is a great asset for the Inn.
−The bathroom. The toilet was soooo low.

“It was cheap and close to the beach”
+The beds were comfy and all the linen was clean, the location was great
−The hotel is FILTHY. Major soap scum staining in the shower and shower walls. The tv had an unknown spatter on it. The KEUIRG drip catcher was crusty and nasty. The halls were also grimy with the walls being covered in gross stains and splotches. The campground across the way makes it so the room smells like campfire if the ac is on. Staff was annoyed when I told them my key didn’t work.

+The location was ideal, able to walk down mile road to wells beach and avoid rt 1 traffic to other destinations. Also walkable to Hanaford and restaurants. Great value for the location. Staff are friendly.
−The building and room could use more maintenance. Our room was clean and comfortable but needed some paint to repair scuffs on the wall. Also the sink drain was slow, and toilet had a loose bolt which created a slight wobble. Wi Fi was very slow.
