“NOT LOCATED IN URBANA 33”
+All basic amenities and necessities met. Location great for visiting all major tourism spots.
−BE AWARE- THE ADDRESS URBANA 33 HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ACTUAL LOCATION. The actual location is one wide street over, where you have to climb many steps to get to. While it is still a reasonably good location in general, it is not comparable with Via Urbana in both accesibility and atmosphere. This type of apartment-stacking in Booking should be illegal!!!

“A pleasant and comfortable base for visiting Rome.”
+Pleasant flat, quite spacious for Rome. Large fridge, good storage, pleasant bathroom, comfortable bed. Location good - walkable from railway station, short walk to Metro, close to restaurants and excellent supermarket (Il Castoro at Santa Maria Maggiore). Check-in instructions were clear and worked well.
−This is a second-floor flat with no lift available - not the host's fault, but bookers should be aware.

“Wonderful!”
+Location, it was very clean, well organized and pleasant
−No place to read and relax, perhaps one or two armchaors (ikea like) and floor lamp? Perhaps some extra lighting

“Fracaso”
