+The view was amazing, the room was comfortable and clean. The swimming pool was not available but there were other two smaller pools that also overlooked the city and were good enough. There is a mall three minutes away and KL Sentral is super close as well.
−The elevator is a little bit annoying when the hotel is busy; although it is very fast sometimes it takes 10 min to get down from the highest floor because it stops in every level. Not that it is anyone’s fault (they have 4 lifts) but it can be annoying.

+I liked the room, it was spacious and clean. Very well located, and wifi was fast.
−The lifts took some time to arrive but not too long. Would've loved to have a mini fridge in the room but even without it, it was great value.

−The internet was really bad and because of that the tv never works. The staff in the lobby were rude, cero friendly.

“Great stay!”
+The location is very close to KL SENTRAL station, little india and Bangsar. The rooms are modern and nice, the view was amazing. The gym, the rooftop swimming pool are very nice, and the self service laudry very useful.
−Only the shower, could be more comfortable, but ok!

+Facilité d'accès à KL Sentral.
−Ce n'était pas une suite mais deux chambres, les lits étaient petits pour 2 personnes (140 cm), il n'y avait pas de quoi se poser pour la capacité de l'hébergement (canapé ou table pour 4). La piscine n'était pas accessible (en réparation). L'hôtel/résidence n'est pas connu sous le nom de Upper Suites KL Sentral mais de Riveria City. Impossible de trouver notre direction en sortant de la gare lorsque nous sommes arrivés.

+La ubicación y la habitación estaba bien
−Estaba sucio, un kit dental abierto, suciedad debajo de la cama que se veía a simple vista y la recepcionista fue muy antipática. También tuvimos un problema con la fecha de la habitación y quisimos ampliar una noche más y no nos quisieron ayudar. Solo decían que lo cogiéramos por booking si había disponibilidad (que si había)

+Posizione ottima per raggiungere facilmente tutti i luoghi di interesse. A pochi metri è presente la fermata della monorail che porta in KL Sentral da dove partono tutti i mezzi per i maggiori luoghi di interesse. Piscina bella. Molto pulito. Abbastanza silenzioso.
−Il trattamento ricevuto dagli addetti alla reception. Avevo prenotato per altre due notti SENZA passare da Booking, ma scrivendoci nella messaggistica di Booking. Loro avevano assicurato una camera "two double bedrooms" esattamente come la notte prenotata tramite booking per un totale (scritto) di MYR 260. Quando sono arrivata per pagare hanno iniziato a dire che c'era stato un errore che per loro era festa etc.. Ovviamente essendo comunque una cifra esigua ed avendo bisogno assoluto, abbiamo accettato la nuova cifra ( MYR 560. Più del doppio) ma non mi è sembrato un trattamento corretto contando che mi ero proposta, visto il LORO errore ed essendo tutto SCRITTO ed avendoglielo fatto vedere, di fare a metà della differenza. Ma niente! Comunque fa lo stesso ma attenzione a rimanere sempre sul circuito booking per sicurezza vostra.
