“Not a bad place to stay for the price.”
+Location was close to where we need it to be. It was cute and boutique like.

“Great location and value for the money.”
+Pros: Excellent location , 10/10! Close to Bayside Marketplace, downtown, shops, and restaurants. Parking is included, which is a big plus. The room was very clean and comfortable, although modest. Overall, great value for the price.
−Cons: The TV wasn’t working, and there was quite a bit of noise from other guests outside, so I had to use white noise to sleep at night. The receptionist didn’t speak English. The biggest downside was the $100 deposit refund, which took a week despite multiple attempts to contact the hotel by phone, as the phone number seemed to be inactive. I eventually received a reply to my message through Booking.com after following up, and the deposit was refunded.

“My room wasn't cleaned and the property refunds to refund and move me. I slept in a chair.”
−The guest service representative wasn't really helpful once told my room was cleaned. Not to mention that i stpod outsid for 15 mintues before checking in. The front office was closed when i got there after 3pm. There was hair on the beds and when asked for refund she pointed at a no refund sign. When asked to move me she declined. I also ask for the room to be clean and was told that housekeeping had went home for the day. Afterwards a housekeeper came into the office. And when told that the room wasn't cleaned she started speaking in her native language. Walked out came back with a sheet and left me to change the bedding. When I tried to communicate that I needed the whole bedding changed she kept walking as if she didn't hear me. All of this happen within 30 minutes after checking in.

“Not comfortable, old and outdated.”
+Only positive this was that it was close to the cruise port.
−The room smelled like a dirty bathroom. The lady at the front desk didn’t speak English so someone else had to help. The person that helped came to smell the room and gave us another room. There was a dead smashed spider on the curtains. The rooms itself in the hotels is out dated everything is old and dirty. There was water dripping from our ceiling assuming from the humidity and air. Outside had a lot of trash in area with crazy ppl outside.

“Muy buena experiencia!”
+Muy buena la ubicación del lugar. Al rededor habían muchos lugares para comer y cerca de todo: Farmacias, gas station, tiendas, restaurantes de comida rápida etc... El lugar bastante bien ambientado con su espacio al aire libre para sentarse a compartir con los amigos.
−Podría mejorar la ducha del baño ya que cuando uno se duchaba, el agua se escapaba y quedaba el piso mojado. También hacía falta un basurero dentro del baño, solo había agua caliente por lo que no se podia regular la temperatura del agua si la querías mas tibia o mas fría.
