+"Staff member feedback" Although my stay lasted only a few hours, the convenience of the accommodation made a lasting impression. The modern design of the rooms combined sleek, minimalist aesthetics with all the essential amenities, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional staff , friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my brief visit was pleasant and stress-free. Impeccably neat and well-maintained, the space felt fresh and inviting, striking the perfect balance between functionality and style. This short but seamless experience proved that even a quick stopover could be both relaxing and enjoyable when supported by thoughtful details and genuinely helpful service.

−Wifi was slow. TV remote damaged. No sink to rinse cutlery. No toilet paper. Bathroom mats dirty. Hosts so unprofessional. No room for parking. No soap in dispenser. Bedroom mats dirty. Mirrors dirty. Fridge dirty and mouldy. No water. No tap enough to refill kettle.

“wow hospitality very superb. the owner picked me up at Bosman station. VERY EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!”
+no breakfast however there was enough coffee sachets , sugar ,tea, kettle, milk. JUST perfect for the money i paid. excellent

“Not good experience”
+The owner and her son were very friendly,
−Git in the bin was full of empty coffee and sugar sachets, the windows were very dirty around the bottom. The curtains did not close proper letting in light.lits if noise from house nextdoor.on the Saturday or Sunday lots to banging of some kind hammering. Plug point by the bed was so low I had to afk fog an extension cord in order to charge my phone properly which took nearly a day and a half to get to me. No milk supplied for coffee. The main light shade was so old and looked like it was bought at a junk yard The same with the bedside lamp where the light shade kept falling to the side. The shower curtain rail was not attached to the wall and kept falling off. Nowhere to hand damp towels.bathroom door very difficult to operate .

“My stay was extremely good, its giving a 5 star type of hospitality definitely going back again.”
+The location is at a very quiet place and property was ver secure and safe, everything was working properly.... The room had everything i needed and it exceptionally clean.
−None, everything in the Guesthouse was in perfect order and the price was great too.... There is nothing that i disliked in this room, i even had a wifi pin to stay connected.

“Place NOT true to pictures”
+The host had proper communication prior our checking in time and that promised a good stay.
−All to find out, The place is not true to pictures. The cutlery and crockery they had for us was dirty. There was a funny bathroom smell. The wall paint looks so even and clean on pictures versus the reality. The main room lamp was so torn and had exposed wires as though it would fall at any point. That white bedding on pictures looks so refreshing as compared to Our dark grey bed spread that had oil stains. They just threw any colours they had left to make our bed. It was not themed like what the pictures show. I had to reWipe surfaces we were going to use and the dirt that came out of it was so dissapointing, including mirrors because they were misty as though a dirty cloth was used to wipe them . Its either they reduce the price to fit the standard of the place or bring back what's shown on pictures. I'd never make a mistake of going back or suggest anyone to waste their money. 😕

“Great stay, great value for money.”
+The staff were accommodating of me especially since I needed to check in early and they received me well. The hosts are very responsive as well which is a plus.
−The toilet was leaking so it was running all night which was a little irritating at night when trying to sleep
