“Unique Heritage is an oasis in Ilboru”
+As a solo traveler, the owner Boni arranged transport for me with the most reliable tuk tuk driver for a reasonable price. This enabled me to go to the places I wanted every day knowing I was in good hands because the location is in Ilboru, a distance from tourist areas. The accommodation was clean, had hot water and a very green environment but Boni's friendliness was the best part.

“The only place we'll stay when we return to Arusha!”
+What a great place to stay! We loved it--the room, the grounds, the care put into the cleaning and decorating, the bed was so comfortable, the doves they let out to walk around the property, but most of all, the family that owns it are so nice. I loved sitting and chatting with the father while the doves were walking around and his cute 2-year old daughter was interacting with us. It's a great place and the only place I'll stay when we're in Arusha!
−OK, the road is dirt and a bit bumpy, but we had a Land Cruiser and got there easily. (And by the way, other roads in the area are even worse...)

“Wonderful, very clean & cozy place to stay!”
+It was perfect stay. Very quiet and homey. I loved the garden so much. Feels like home! Boniface, the owner, was very cordial & accommodating. That was very kind of him to wait for my late arrival @ his place cuz my flight arrival was way delayed! Thank you so much for your hospitality & very nice accommodation for me & the delicious bfast. More than enough foods for me to partake! I’ll definitely return to stay when given a chance to come back.

“Uniquely authentic Tanzanian homstay”
+Unique Heritage is much more than just a place to stay. It is a lovely Tanzanian family home, hosted by an incredibly kind and welcoming couple and their little child. The property consists of four charming brick cottages, set in a peaceful and beautifully maintained garden. During my two-night stay, I had my own cottage and enjoyed complete privacy. Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable and carefully looked after. The hosts were genuinely friendly, polite and always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was freshly prepared and well organised each morning. What made my stay particularly memorable was something completely unexpected: during my second night, the host’s wife gave birth to their second child! As a result, I found myself completely alone in the property, which was quite an extraordinary and unforgettable experience. If you are looking for an authentic, peaceful and value for money place to stay in Arusha, I highly recommend Unique Heritage.

“Lovely place home away from home”
+Family was lovely.Room was very clean and confortable.Breakfast was excellent,dinner also very nice.They treated my son wonderfulpy, I really liked this place.
−The only issue i had was price of airport transfer. It Is very close to the city ,about 11 km and asking 50 dollars is an exaggeration , despite fuel prices. They were flexible, agreeing to lover price(40$)but still way too much.At the end we ended landing in Killi airport and i paid 50dollars for 70km. Without negotiating. Everything else was great

“Toller Aufenthalt”
+Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und leckeres Frühstück (auch früh morgens) zubereitet. Kleine grüne Oase in der Großstadt.
