“I had a wonderful experience and will definitely stay here again when I go to northern California.”
+The staff working there were very friendly, charming and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and were extremely helpful.
−Nothing. Except no one supported the Dodgers!

“Horrible”
+Nothing. No service, hardly a receptionist, they didn't clean our room. We stayed 2 nights, the receptionist was rude to us and just read a sign. So unprofessional.
−Don't recommend a place that is poorly maintained and managed. They also were rude to me and my husband,

−Rooms need cleaning and new paint. Bathrooms are dominated by jet tubs that don’t work.

+The location is good, right on the center of Benicia
−The place hasn't been kept well, instead of antique, looks old, the painting in the front is peeling, the elevator smells moldy, they don't have steady hours for the receptionist, cleaning has to be done at certain time , if the cleaning person shows up. It's wrong tho advertise the beautiful pictures, and include the breakfast in the site. Not worth the price.

“I would have rated the hotel as "good" if it was 80 to 100 USD/Night. Its not worthy to pay 170 USD”
+I liked the location and the surroundings of the hotel. There was no problem with homelessness, noises and all. Surroundings and location is the best part I would really appreciate.
−It was too pricy for this 100+ years old hotel. Its not worthy to pay $170/Night. This hotel doesn't even offer complimentary breakfast. The hot tubs do not work. WiFi network strength keeps fluctuating that videos keep buffering every 2 mins.
