“Very bad, do not stay here ever.”
+Nothing recommend no one stays there
−Breakfast was disgusting and cold, Indian food mainly. Security on villas was disgusting and missing lock for Villa gate. Signed documents during checkin and they pointed most things, but did not point out no Drs allowed on premises which was very weird and shouldnt be allowed to do this. Had to visit Dr in vehicle outside on side of road. Main restaurant was disgusting serving cold food. All the cupboards in Villa are locked, not a place you could cook in. Room wasn’t cleaned properly when checked in. Some deck boards around pool lifting.

“The condition of the Villa was not what the pictures shown.”
+The complimentary classes were a nice touch. The greenery of the hotel and entrance are beautiful.
−I got to pay more for my 8 years old on arrival, but she did not get an extra bed and I needed to request for her to have a towel. This is the first time ever I need to pay extra for my daughter to sleep in my room in the same bed. The Villa was run down, with mold everywhere. We could not use the pool, the water made the skin itchy. The kitchen was useless, there was no utensils and the fridge was tiny. The mosquitos where awful, everywhere in the garden, we got bitten badly. Stained towels. Broken furniture. Staff asked to many questions and called on my phone or send messages quite often.

“Very bad experience overall and not recommended at all. Also booking.com not helpful for any refunds in such situations”
+It was a big disappointment by booking this one . Not sure the reviews on Booking.com are true or not.
−Property is very old , we had booked for 5 nights but due to worst experience, on first night so much loud noise of many frogs and insects which can’t let us sleep at all. Next day the villa was changed , staff is helpful and tried their best not good place to stay and not at all comfortable. I had asked for refund as we did early checkout but nothing was offered to us very disappointed and will never book this again .

“Absolutely terrible”
+The staff working the restaurant were lovely.
−What was it like from the time we walked into the time we left the place. It was an absolute disgrace. The rooms are dirty. The pool was dirty. The whole facility was dirty. We never got to swimming in a pool the whole time we’re there they kept lying to us about everything we had. One family member couldn’t even stay in their room the whole time they were there because it was an absolutely disgrace.

“Loved staying at the location. Would definitely recommend. Great value for money!”
+The location, staff and food was excellent. Great options for breakfast and dinner. Fast service and good family activities in the resort.
−The villas could do with a bit more maintenance. Some of the appliances in the Villa kitchen did not work.

“Beautiful property”
+This was our second time back and we returned for the beautiful property/villa: Room was comfortable, loved our private pool and backyard. The staff was quick and responsive to our requests.
−Wifi was unusable in the evening, including connecting to streaming services (no local TV available). The shuttle service to Ubud Centre only runs two times a day and only one way. You need to pay for a return trip: This needs to be clearly stated in booking, especially when the surrounding area isn’t walkable. Didn’t love being asked to leave a Google review before even seeing our room in exchange for an upgraded service.

+Staff were very hospitable but the state of the villas were a real let down. They have not been maintained for quite some time and is not reflective of a 4* resort. Everything is creaking in the rooms with one of them having an insect infestation from the roof, making the room unusable.
