+The gentleman who checked me in was very helpful. Very professional. The chambermaid, Monika, prepard the room immaculately, and it smelled wonderful. She did a fabulous job.

+There was no lift to the upper floors. It would have been nice to have a fan also in the second bedroom, since there was no air conditioning.

+This is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff was warm and kind and did everything they could do to help us have a great stay. The room was large and comfortable and the breakfasts we delicious and generous. The hotel is in the old center of town, so everything is within walking distance. It is only about a ten minute drive to the Bohemian Paradise national park, or there are buses that go there as well. It was a great hotel.
