+I bokked it for my friend and his spouse and they stayed here for 5 nights. staff are wonderful hosts, thank you both for your hospitality! For a budget guesthouse, everything is clean and tidy, from the towels, bed linens, and pillows to the floors. There is a small, cozy, wood-paneled bar that is really delightful. Security is good; access is controlled via a secure lock on the main entrance. Each room is equipped with an electric kettle for tea and coffee. There is a lush, green courtyard, along with two semi-covered areas where you can smoke, eat, or enjoy a drink. You might occasionally hear some noise from neighboring rooms, though it’s not too disruptive. Another minor drawback is that there are no in-room safes for securing cash. You can also prepare your own meals, as there is a small kitchen equipped with a microwave and an electric stove. In the immediate vicinity, and just across Komitas Street, you’ll find plenty of local shops and chain stores for daily essentials like fruit, dairy, meat, and bread, as well as currency exchange services.
−Please add in conditions that the credit cart is not accptable for payment and it can be used only for reservation to make sure that people brings enough money for their expensses and hotel

+Good location. We were allowed to check in early. Has most of what you need. They didn't speak English but written communication was not an issue
−Door handle needed some fixing but was fine

“Just for brave people (but in a good location)...”
+I arrived after midnight, first impression was really not good. The room looked far different then the pictures. Kind of post soviet early 90´s stuff with almost european price. I doubt they change bed sheets (kinda hairy tales). Next day I´ve got bit different impression: downstairs part of the hostel was nicer, the guy from staff was nice and polite, we talked about armenian history, he offered me some brandy to taste of their own factory. Way better, but... I do not want to say anything not balanced, but they should improve a bit...
−In 2026 you can not have a room (I am talking about that upstairs one on the left of the main buliding) looking as a central-asian post soviet student hostel...
