+A small motel that has a nice feel to it. The room was similar to many motels in N.Z. The towels were especially nice. Parking was right outside motel grounds.

+The owners were very friendly and helpful. The bed and shower were very comfortable. The room smelt very clean too. It is walking distance to the local shopping area. The TV also had many streaming services (watched the rugby).

+Easy to find and very central. Lovely setting and gardens. My room was very private., with lovely plants and birds.
−Not a criticism really as it was clearly noted in the description, but a microwave would be a welcome addition as well as a toaster.

+The property is situated close to super markets, cafes and the laundrette. Off street parking. Large comfortable room with reverse cycle heating cooling. Extra bedding. It was great to have a small table to eat at as required. Crockery and cutlery available from the office. Chilled water in the fridge. Sheer and blackout curtains. Large bathroom with walk in shower. Lovely hot water. Heated towel rail. So convenient to State Highway.
−Shower curtain was a bit short so that the bathroom floor became wet beyond the shower area. No fan in the bathroom but the window could be opened to allow steam out. Towel rack too far away from the shower (right across the room)

+The room was comfortable and we had access to a lovely garden area.
−It would have been nice to have more kitchen equipment or an area to make a simple meal with the room. For the price, we would have expected more.

“A comfortable room to rest after long walks.”
+The room and bathroom is clean. The room is well equipped with air conditioning and electric blanket. It is within walking distance to the shopping area where we walked to have a delicious dinner at a Thai restaurant after long walks at Mt Cook (Tasman Glacier and Hooker Valley). The owner was very friendly and helped us to changed the battery of the TV remote. Besides, drinks, cookies and chocolates were provided. We really enjoyed our stay.
−We were confused where to check-in. Luckily owner saw us and came out from the house to show us the room number. The owner may inform us earlier by sending messages to explain the check-in and check-out procedures before our check-in time.

−Fajnie by było, gdyby zasłonka prysznicowa miała pełny zasięg, nie lubię zalewać łazienki. Brakowało czegokolwiek do umycia naczyń (płynu i gąbki/ściereczki)
