“It was sad there was no-one present at the property - a pity it doesn't run like a B & B.”
+We thought the bedrooms and bathrooms were well-appointed, and the bed was comfortable.
−Your agent at Alpine Getaways was incredibly rude to me on the phone because I had made a mistake in understanding your rather overly complex instructions. I had filled out the Booking.Com information form, but had failed to also text her at Alpine Getaways. Her attitude was appalling for someone in the tourism industry.

“Mostly very nice.”
+BreKfast was not provided. That was disappointing.
−We stayed 3 nights, on our last evening we locked ourselves out of our room. I was upset with myself for leaving it on the table. We rang the contact number, Simone answer. She let me know how unhappy she to be contacted at 7.30 in the evening. I apologised for the interruption. She snapped an stated She was tired. I was shocked at how she spoke to me. I have nursed for 40 yrs, we all get tired, but we never snap because we are tired. Thankyou Catherine Maloney

+Beautiful gardens nice touches in room and bathroom. Wall paper flowers , toiletries perfume diffuser, large cushion .

“Close to town, cute little place to stay for a quick getaway.”
+The location of this motel was great and close to town. We arrived late on Thursday night and was provided with easy access information to our room. The room was clean and nicely designed. My partner found the bed uncomfortable. The window to our room faced the street and I could hear cars passing by alnight. We stayed until Sunday morning and during our stay there was no interaction from staff/owner. The wisteria was beautiful that was on the back porch area.

“An easy, comfortable stay. Short drive into the town”
+Very nice. Well furnished. Nice bed and bedding. Good location and quiet even though it’s on a Main Street.
−Not a problem with a shower over the bath but the water wet the floor quite a bit. A lovely lounge area with a fireplace to sit and enjoy a wine. It was a cold evening so it would have been nice to have the fire lit, other couples agreed.

+Beautiful room and gardens, very comfortable king sized bed, and convenient location 5 minute walk from town. Nice surprise to find my room made up on my return on day 2 (2 night stay).
−A bit strange to not see any staff around, but check in was easy. Couldn't find matches to light the fire, which would have been lovely in evenings. Overall still a lovely getaway.
