+Simple & humble guesthouse. Nice host. Location is fine. Enough decent for one or two nights in Ubud but clearly just nothing fancy.
−Comfort is extremely basic even for this price & the bed was pretty hard. Maybe a bit more of cleaning could be done or just some renovations. Host is a nice lady, but who doesn't speak english at all unfortunaly.

“A hotel of a welcoming family filled with lovely bird sounds”
+It was a hotel with wonderful bird sounds and very sweet owners. The hotel owners also helped us with motorbike rental. We will definitely stay here every time we come to Bali. If I hadn't stayed here, I wouldn't have realized how beautiful the view of Bali from above is.
−Everything was fine for us. Climbing stairs can be difficult for those with big suitcases.

“Excellent hosts and location”
+Great location and great price, room was very nice and exceeded my expectations from the pictures! beautiful view from the room. Hosts were super nice and let us stay an extra night no problem. Great location easy to walk to stores nearby and central Ubud.
−It is loud in the early morning from the roosters. Bathroom could’ve been a little bit cleaner but was totally usable.

“Basic Budget room in Central Ubud”
+The location is very central and the check-in was very smooth. The hosts are very friendly and smiley all the time. They also allowed me to leave my luggage for a couple of hours.
−The cleanliness is not up to the mark. The sheets were clearly not changed as I saw hair and visible stains on the sheets. The room also required deep cleaning as there was dust and spider webs. The toilet was clean. In the evening they leave their dog in the street, and it might not let you enter the house and chase you out of the street :D

“Потрясающий вид 😍”
+Вид в две стороны. На рассвет и на закат. Там где закат видно ещё горы в северной части Бали. Хозяева душки) очень милые. 🥰 Постельное белье чистое приятное. Есть вентилятор. В окне было гнездо птиц с яйцами) очень мило 🙂
−Чистота ванной комнаты: что туалет, что раковина были очень грязные. Ободок унитаза старый и с черными пятнами. Неприятный запах канализации. Напор воды слабый, но горячая вода есть.

“Freundlicher Homestay”
+Preisleistungsverhältnis gut, für diesen Preis passt es. Die Familie war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist super. Es hatte alles was man benötigt.
−Die Lage ist gut, jedoch auf der Booking maps nicht korrekt angegeben. Ich hatte ein sehr günstiges Zimmer, somit hatte ich zwar eine Tür zur Terasse aber kein Fenster. Mich persönlich hat das wenig gestört. Aber es gibt auch Zimmer mit Fenster, vielleicht beim Buchen darauf achten☺️

“Perfekte Unterkunft im minimalistischen Design für paar Tage Ubud”
+- sehr sehr zentral, alles erreichbar zu Fuß (Zentrum 5min, Ubud Art Market 10min, Monkey Forest 10min) - viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in Umgebung - mega nettes & süßes älteres Gastgeber-Paar - Zimmer sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet (1 Bett, 1 kleiner Schrank, 1 Deckenventilator, 1 kleines Bad inkl. WC, WLAN) reicht vollkommen für wenige Tage
−- keine (kostenlose) Parkmöglichkeiten obwohl angegeben (aber nächster kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz ist 500m entfernt) - kein Kühlschrank um zB Getränke oder Speisen zu kühlen - könnte etwas sauberer sein, aber war definitiv nicht dreckig

+Una familia muy amable y acogedora. Tuve que cambiar la duración de mi reserva por temas personales y no pusieron ninguna pega. Volvería a este sitio sin dudarlo. Muy bien ubicado en la ciudad.
