“Good location, fantastic apartment”
+Feels more like AirBnb and not hotel. Overall, we enjoyed staying there, everything worked as described. There is basic "help yourself" breakfast in the shared kitchen with cereals, jams, biscuits, milk and fruit juice.
−It's pretty far from the historical centre, we walked once and it took ~40 minutes (nothing unexpected, just be prepared). There are good public transport options nearby.

“10/10 stay”
+Lovely and clean room. Had everything you need. The location is great, just a short tram or busride away from the center. The host informed us through WhatsApp with everything we needed to know. The bed feels hard when you sit on it, but feels just fine when sleeping on it after an exciting day in Firenze.

“Very good”
+Our stay at this B&B was a positive experience. The host utilized WhatsApp for communication, providing clear instructions for self-check-in and helpful tour guidelines for Florence. We especially appreciated their very fast replies to our messages. Our rooms were located in the rooftop area and were cleaned daily, with nice equipment. We found the co-sharing kitchen area to be very clean, and the free breakfast was a good addition. The air conditioning was notably strong, which was appreciated given the warm weather. A minor observation was that the bathroom did not have a window.

“Good Location, well connected to the city center”
+The b&b is situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood, outside of the hustle and bustle of the city center. And at the same time well connected to the center by public transportation. Snacks are available in the common kitchen. Pretty basic stuff but I think it was a nice touch:) The room size is fairly decent. The room and the bathroom was clean with all necessary amenities.
−The b&b is situated on the 4th floor, at least my room was, with access through an elevator. I sincerely hope that it will never happen but I couldn't stop wondering about what would happen in case of fire or an emergency? With no stairs how would someone get down if the elevator is out of service or not safe to use? The bed could have been better. Every time at night when I changed sides, the bedsprings would make some noise, which is a bit annoying.
