+Tula Inn was truly a wonderful choice for our stay! We are very happy we chose this hotel. The location is excellent, surrounded by many great restaurants and within walking distance of many beautiful sights. The hotel is cozy, comfortable, and beautifully designed. I especially loved the beautiful gate and the antique character of the building, which gives the hotel a unique and charming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Tula Inn to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay. It was definitely a great choice! ✨

−There was an intense sewer smell in the bathroom that never went away, we couldnt keep the bathroom door open and it was really unpleasant

“Overall it was great!”
+I stayed in the single room. The room and the separate bathroom were nice and clean.
−I arrived after the regular check-in hours and the instructions on how to get in were kind of vague.. I knew where were the keys but somehow I needed to figure it out the rest - the room number sticker on each door is really small, also I had to assume which is the key for the separate bathroom and which door leads to that bathroom.

+More spartan and less colorful than we expected from photos on Booking.com, but adequate and good value and location; comfortable bed, good storage, no street noise.
−Shower glass door off track with towels provided to mop up water that escaped to bathroom floor; arrival and check in instructions could have been more clear in advance; 1 floor of stairs to access with no elevator

“Excelente ubicación, habitación completa y cómoda!”
+La ubicación es ideal. Cerca de todos los puntos importantes para ir caminando. La habitación muy amplia y todos los dias la limpiaban. Siempre que pedi ayuda extra para algo, fueron muy cooperativos.
−Quizas la comunicación era un poco difícil porque tardaban en responder. No sabía como ingresar al alojamiento ya que llegaba muy tarde y despues de intentar conectarme con ellos varias veces con bastante anticipación, me respondieron un rato antes de tomar mi vuelo.

+La ubicación es muy buena.
−Es bueno saber de antemano que este hotel es dentro de un edificio, por lo que cuando llegas, no existe una recepción. Por otro lado en la descripción no queda claro que es un apartamento con varias habitaciones, dónde cada habitación tiene llave y se comparte cocina y comedor. El check out no fue muy amigable, ya que en la reseña de Booking aparecía de 0:00 a 0:00 y en realidad nos hicieron salir a las 10:00 sin ofrecernos más que un espacio en el comedor para permanecer y sin baño disponible. Por otro lado la habitación la habíamos solicitado con 2 camas separadas y no fue así. El señor que gestionó la reserva habla únicamente italiano e inglés.
