+This was a much nicer place than I expected. The staff was very friendly and the game coordinators were highly personable and genuine. The food was very good and the drinks were great. I highly recommend it!

+I had to book two different rooms because the resort was fully booked. It was no problem. I already submitted a review for the previous room. Great staff, good drinks, and food.
−The only problem we had was the AC didn't work so well. The technician department was very slow in responding. The front desk took care of it immediately once we inquired about the slow response. So thank you front desk!! Other than that the resort is wonderful. 5 stars!

“Great family holiday with beautiful surroundings, excellent food variety and plenty of entertainment, but let down by ro”
+Beautiful surroundings: Lots of flowers and trees, with funny decorations that make the gardens more entertaining for kids. * Excellent cleanliness: The entire hotel area is spotless, with staff working daily to maintain everything, from the lawns to the outdoor lighting. * Amazing food variety: Even when the same meat or vegetables are used, different recipes keep the menu varied and interesting. * Great entertainment: The weekly-changing program offers plenty of activities. The hotel app makes it easy to check the daily schedule and register for activities. There is always something to do! * Clean beach and plenty of sunbeds: Even after an evening storm, the beach is spotless the next morning. There are plenty of free sunbeds, even around 10 a.m. * Excellent coffee house: A great concept in a cool, comfortable area. Quality coffee made from proper coffee beans, rather than Nespresso capsules, is complemented by a selection of finger food, sweets, and cakes.
−Remote location: There is almost nothing outside the hotel. A taxi to Belek costs around $15 one way. * Room condition: We stayed in Villa #18. The room looks modern, but many things clearly need renovation. * Reception service: The staff are generally willing to help, but in many cases, it feels like they only pretend to take action, with no follow-up afterward. * À la carte restaurant: Very limited food selection and probably the worst à la carte experience I have ever had. At least it was included in the price! * Alcohol selection: Only Turkish alcohol is included. Cocktails and well-known international brands cost extra. * Minibar: No daily restocking. At best, you get a bottle of water. * Child safety: The bed guard offered for a regular bed is poorly designed and cannot be secured properly. As a result, our child fell out of bed at least twice.

“Super Wetter, super schönes Hotel, ein super Urlaub für Groß und Klein.”
+Die Anlage ist super gepflegt und sauber. Alles schön bepflanzt und angelegt, sehr groß und weitläufig und es laufen sogar Schildkröten frei herum. Wir fanden unseren Bungalow sehr schön sowie auch die große Terrasse mit Blick in den "Garten". Auch beim Essen wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt - eine sehr große Auswahl, sodass für jeden etwas dabei war. Besonders haben uns allen die Crêpes am Strand geschmeckt :-) Und die Kids fanden die Minidisko am Abend auch immer toll.
−Die Zimmer waren ein bisschen hellhörig und schon leicht in die Jahre gekommen, aber völlig ausreichend. Die Pools waren auch schon etwas frisch aufgrund der Jahreszeit. Eine Heizung wäre noch super gewesen, aber nicht zwingend notwendig (zumindest für den Kinder-Rutschen-Pool) u. das wussten wir ja auch vorher. Das Meer war aber auch noch schön warm. Ein bisschen nervig war, dass das Restaurant abends so voll war, dass man kaum einen Platz erhalten hat.

−Nous aurions espéré avoir une chambre avec un minimum de soleil, comme les années précédentes. Dommage qu’on ne nous ait pas attribué les 2 chambres dans les mêmes villas que les années précédentes (alors qu’on l’avait demandé par mail). Mais heureusement, elles étaient au calme. A l’année prochaine.
