“Top-quality resort offering great value, fabulous food, superb sports facilities, and great entertai”
+We stayed here from 17/10 to 28/10 as a family of four (2+2), and overall, we had a fantastic time! It is a great hotel for families and couples, and we highly recommend it. +The animation team is wonderful, warm, and friendly! Daily activities were well-organized and strictly on schedule. I highly recommend the fitness and exercise activities on the FITplatform to everyone. There are endless sport options available: tennis, padel, basketball, volleyball, football, table tennis, and beach volleyball. +Every other night featured an evening show, which was enjoyable for the whole family. +Excellent variety available all day long. A highlight was the live cooking stations where 5-6 chefs prepare fresh meals directly in front of you, you can request customized omelets, pasta, etc. The food rotated daily throughout the week, and there is a dedicated kid's corner. +All food items are clearly marked for allergens. Gluten-free dishes accounted for around 40% of the overall meal selection. +Cleanliness throughout the resort is exceptionally high. Our room (Family Room 2012, 2+2) was spacious, cozy, and well-soundproofed from internal noise. The mattresses and pillows are on the firmer side,
−-While 40% of main dishes were gluten-free, there was a total lack of gluten-free bakery items (GF bread, rolls, or rice cakes) and no GF sweet treats like cakes or pancakes. -Unlike the rest of the hotel staff, the reception team came across as quite indifferent/unfriendly, with the exception of one very helpful woman. -Evening shows started at 21:30, which is far too late for families with young children. Moving the start time to 20:30 would be much better. -None of the outdoor pools are heated. Our room’s shared pool was in the shade all day, making it very cold. During late October, the outdoor pools were around 22°C (the sea was actually warmer at 25-26°C). Tip for autumn visitors: Bring neoprene shorties/swimsuits for the kids so they can enjoy the slides comfortably. -The music from the main activity pool blasts very loudly across to the Manar 2 building (about 200m from main building) -Other guests dragging heavy wheeled luggage along the paved walkways at 6:00-6:30 AM made a lot of noise. The hotel offers a free "carry-boy" luggage cart service, but few seem to know about it. It should be mandatory/promoted to keep morning sleep peaceful. -Outside the hotel perimeter is a

La nourriture mérite d’être améliorée et les équipements de la chambre ne correspondent pas au standing attendu. Le service est également inégal : certains membres du personnel sont irréprochables et très attentionnés, tandis que d’autres offrent un accueil et un service nettement moins satisfaisants. L’hôtel reste agréable dans l’ensemble, mais le rapport qualité-prix constitue notre principale réserve. Au regard du tarif pratiqué, nous attendions davantage de qualité et de constance dans les prestations, notamment concernant les équipements de la chambre.

+J ai séjourné aux meilleurs hôtels tant à Gammarth qu à la Marsa,a Korba et dans bonne douzaine d hôtel à Hammamet et la meilleure note ,je l attribue à ce hôtel où j espère à mon âge avance y séjourne en début d année prochaine
