+Nice location, helpful staff and good cafe for co-working. Bike shop adds for a different experience
−Room 2 is on the ground level with a window right by the car park and someone is always playing music, videos or talking what feels like all the time right outside the window.

+Breakfast is Good you can select from their menu and the coffee is excellent. the staff is really friendly and informative as my conference was at the convention center it was quiet near.
−In room Number Two they need a Work table and a Chair as the room is spacious and can accommodate the furniture, secondly, a holder in the washroom to place your toothbrush and paste and other items.

“It was awesome”
+The place was awesome, I didn't have enough time to even take part in the bicycle rides but everything from location to breakfast to co-working space, all were awesome

“An oasis in Kigali, right next to the conference center.”
+I was visiting Kigali for a conference and stayed in a private room for 6 nights. The staff were wonderful and the cafe had great food. Breakfast (with good coffee) was included. They also rent bikes and have a bike shop- during car free day, it was wonderful to rent a bike and ride around central Kigali with no cars or motorbikes! Highly recommend staying here
−Some of the window screens were broken so there were a lot of mosquitos in the room. The bed net worked well though.

“Comfortable and relaxing.”
+The staff was super helpful and friendly, especially Ariane. She helped me check in and gave me plenty of helpful advice regarding my stay. Also, she went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I had some lunch leftovers but there was no fridge in the rooms. She helped me ask the cafe staff to store my leftovers in their fridge. And then when I got hungry and wanted to have my leftovers for dinner, she asked the cafe staff to heat up my leftovers, and they even added some condiments to make it more tasty! Also, my outbound flight was late in the evening, and they allowed me to check out late in the afternoon to make my last day more comfortable and convenient. This is not a luxurious hotel, but the rooms are clean and comfortable, the internet is fast and stable, the staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating, the food is delicious, the ambiance is calm and relaxing, the location is central and convenient, and the view is breath-taking. I ended up spending long hours just chilling on the balcony with some wine and a book, admiring the view and enjoying the ambiance. There is a Simba supermarket 5 minutes' walk away, which makes buying pretty much

“Best Hotel/Hostel in Kigali!”
+This hotel/hostel is the best one in Kigali! The staff are extremely warm and welcoming. The rooms and beds are super comfortable and big. The location is exceptional, right in front of the convention center. The cafe has an excellent variety of espresso styles coffee drinks, beer, smoothies, and cocktails! The food was phenomenal and was made by classically trained chefs. I can't wait to go back to Tugende!

“beautiful place”
+I simply loved the ambiance of the place. It was very nice place to hangout and especially loved the cafe, which had vegetarian menu and was presented beautifully. the shopping complex was not far and had near by bookstore. it had perfect location
−May be need more space for guesthouse to hang at restaurant area as the place was occupied with outsiders working with their laptops.
