“Great location for a visit to CT, but I wouldn't stay there again. Just too outdated and rundown!”
+Great location -- but a very sad Marriott. The front desk staff were nice and efficient. The bartender was friendly and helpful.
−Run down, and very out of date. Reception was pleasant, but the housekeeping supervisor was loud (yelling down the hall to the housekeepers) in the hallways like it was a college dorm, throughout the day! It was just an underwhelming experience...

+Staff is welcoming and nice.
−The room wasn’t vacuumed as there was confetti on the carpet. One of the mattresses wasn’t comfortable at all and didn’t have a comforter.

“It was comfortable for one night, but I suggest the property have larger pillows and change their coffee products.”
+A very comfortable bed.
−The pillows too small. I had to request a hairdryer as none was provided. The coffee was really bad.

“Totally not worth the money”
+The lounge was nice
−The pool was green and crowded, couldn’t even get in it. The rooms and hallways stunk of pot. We paid for breakfast in advanced, only to find out it didn’t start until seven. We had to leave at 6:45.

−everything feels so noisy due to thin walls i can hear people walking in the hall and cars driving by from inside the room. the whole hotel doesn’t have a coffee machine just regular coffee. It was dark and smelly, and I felt a sense of dread there. I FELT LIKE I WAS IN A HOMELESS SHELTER, A HOUSE KEEPING EMPLOYEE KNOCKED ON MY DOOR AT 8 IN THE MORNING IN A RUDE AND ALARMING WAY, FIRST TIME THEY RAN BEFORE I GOT TO THE DOOR, SECOND TIME 8:35 IN THE MORNING THEY CLAIMED IT WAS A MISTAKE, THEN THE THIRD TIME 9:10 KNOCKED AGAIN WOKE ME UP AGAIN THE SAME EMPLOYEE ASKED “IF IM LEAVING TODAY” I FELT LIKE SHE WAS TASKED TO WAKE UP WHO HAD TO LEAVE TODAY LIKE A HOMELESS SHELTER” HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

+It was convenient for the event I was a part of
−The staff at the front desk were very rude. When my guest arrived Salia refused to accept that the reservation was paid for and demanded that he pays for the room. He was very polite and he stated multiple times that the booking was paid through booking.com. she became irate and short and refused to check him in. After hours not minutes hours and a second employee Talia with the same nasty attitude refused to check him in until I shared the invoice that the balance due is zero. Still until I had to share an actual screenshot of the payment info for them to change their attitude and check him in. I don't recommend this location to anyone because of the greeting and negative experience we had with the staff.

“Was okay for the one night we stayed there but would probably not return.”
+Location
−All three elevators weren’t working and we were on the fourth floor. Bed pillows were very hard. Room was kind of old and tired.
