“The hotel was very nice and great atmosphere.”
+The atmosphere was great. The decor outside was beautiful. The rooms were nice and decent size. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
−Although the breakfast was listed as continental and it was a good continental - wish it had some eggs/sausage. We ended up going out to breakfast the last 1/2 of the stay. Also, friends of ours who booked the same time we did and I actually booked one of their rooms got some goodies the night before the parade, but we didn't get anything extra in our room. That was disappointing.

“Almost perfect”
+Great location, facilities and warm pool. They provide separate pool towers and offer 1h of free wine in the evening.
−Breakfast was just “eh”. For European person, no eggs in the morning is not an option..

“Pleasant surprise.”
+Staff was accommodating to our early check in need. Parking on property is a plus! The property/pool was just beautiful. Our room was clean, spacious and felt luxurious. Location of hotel/proximity to KW happenings met and exceeded my expectations. The breakfast set up poolside was fabulous and just such a nice touch.
−I do not have anything negative to say.

“Lovely hotel, lovelier staff and location.”
+Beautiful pool, lovely porches off of the room, breakfast is delicious, location walkable to many attractions, staff very kind and accommodating!
−I think the hotel could use to flip/rotate or refresh their mattresses. Ours had a huge dip/indentation in it, which if it were mine at home, I'd have called in the warranty on it or replaced it.

+Property was clean and a good value.
−People were inviting groups of people not staying at the hotel to the pool and throwing a party, so it wasn’t that usable.

“Great location and would recommend”
+The room and facilities were great. The pool area was amazing. The happy hour was nice and the breakfast was exceptional.
−The pool was a bit too warm for it to be comfortable. The excessive deposit amount at check in was a bit jarring.

“Great stay- highly recommend!”
+Great location, close enough to "the action", but quiet once home :) Clean, comfortable property with great service! Nice ( but carb heavy, lol) continental breakfast. Breakfast attendant, Vera, is a nice friendly, welcoming touch! I wish she were my mother :)
