+A truly wonderful place to stay in Puglia. Trulivo is located in a beautiful and idyllic setting surrounded by olive, hazelnut and fig trees. The property is cozy, charming and personal, with only a few rooms, creating a relaxed and intimate atmosphere.The homemade breakfast served under the olive tree was fantastic, featuring delicious local ingredients from the farm and nearby producers.I booked this stay as a special surprise for my husband's 40th birthday, and Marco and Carla helped make the occasion truly unforgettable. They went above and beyond to make his day extra special, even baking a birthday cake for him to enjoy at breakfast. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that meant a lot to us.Marco and Carla were amazing hosts, always ready to help with recommendations and bookings, from wine tastings to memorable dinners at beautiful local restaurants. Their warmth, generosity and attention to detail made our stay exceptional.Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic, relaxing and memorable Puglia experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“Heaven on earth!”
+We had a wonderful 3 nights in this beautifully renovated trullj hotel. It was a fantastic location by which to explore the surrounding areas, the rooms were lovely and our children loved the small pool. As well as the incredibly peaceful location, Marco & Carla were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was superb - homemade bread/cakes, eggs from their chickens and locally sourced ingredients. We would highly recommend this special place!

“One of the most stunning rooms that I've ever stayed, a great and a perfect base to explore Puglia”
+When we first looked at holidaying in Puglia we had seen the trullis and thought they looked incredible. When we found Trulivo we jumped at the chance to stay in it and so glad we did. Marco, our host, was so informative and knowledgeable about the area, the converted trulli itself was beautifully restored with such a great shower room and an outdoor pool. Marco and his wife (and Ulisse the dog) were great hosts and the breakfasts and wine selection perfectly suited our needs.
−It was quite expensive, however, in my view worth every penny. To get Marco's passion and inspiration for his restoration was infectious and the location in Monopoli was handy for so many other locations. That being said, the last mile drive to Trulivo was always a nail-biter, but I suppose that's the case for manu rural Italian roads and you soon adopt the spirit of Italian driving

+From the moment we arrived, Marco and Carla made us feel incredibly welcome. Marco was a wonderful host, sharing excellent recommendations for restaurants and beach clubs, while Carla’s cooking was a highlight of our stay. Their wonderful dog, Ulysses, and friendly cat quickly became favourites with both the children and adults alike. The property itself is truly special. Set amongst beautiful olive groves and orchards, Trulivo feels peaceful, authentic and deeply connected to the surrounding countryside. The traditional stone trullis have been restored with exceptional attention to detail, preserving their character while offering all the comforts of a luxury boutique hotel. Our rooms were beautiful, immaculately maintained, wonderfully cool with air conditioning, and the beds were some of the most comfortable we slept in during our travels. Breakfast was an absolute highlight. Fresh eggs from their chickens, homemade breads, jams and olive oil produced on-site, delicious coffee, homemade pancakes and freshly baked cookies for the children , everything was made with obvious pride and care. +Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Trulivo und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Marco war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend und hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht. Jeden Morgen gab es ein liebevoll zubereitetes, frisches Frühstück - besonders das selbst gebackene Brot war einfach fantastisch! 🥰 Auch darüber hinaus hat Marco sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert: Er hat uns tolle Restaurants empfohlen und sogar die Reservierungen für uns übernommen, sodass wir uns um nichts kümmern mussten. Die gesamte Atmosphäre im Trulivo ist wunderschön, entspannt und herzlich. Man merkt, wie viel Liebe und Gastfreundschaft hier hineingesteckt wird. Wir haben unsere Zeit in Italien sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen lieben Dank, Marco, für die schöne Zeit und deine Gastfreundschaft!❤️
