“Great location to airport and downtown”
+Location to the airport and downtown Vegas
−Room was very small and tight (King). Little room to move around even to put luggage down was difficult.

+The hotel rooms are small but very efficient. I had to fly out to early to experience breakfast at the hotel.
−The pillows were too flat for my wife and I. One pillow was not high enough and stacking two pillows was too high. Otherwise, the room was very comfortable.

“Great physical environment and facilities, but poor staffing and noisy location.”
+Great modern design! Pool area was very nice and accommodating. Location was convenient to restaurants and shops.
−When we first arrived the reception desk was vacant so we had to wait about 10-15 minutes for his return. He was friendly and apologetic when he arrived. Receptionists mostly did not acknowledge us when we arrived into the lobby. They were looking at their phone and never looked up at us to acknowledge our prescence. A friendly "Hello! Welcome back. How was your day?" would have made for a more pleasant and welcoming ambience. And more professional. In house cafe was good, but very slow. Our room was street side and VERY noisy from road traffic. Especially Saturday night. Our request to change rooms was agreed to, but the timing didn't work with our daily activities and the housekeeping schedule. Seems there should have been a way to accomodate our request so we would be more comfortable. Bed was too hard. Pillows too flat.
