+We had booked a garden view room (paid extra for it) and didn't choose the poolside room because it could be noisy. However, the receptionist said they'd upgraded our room and gave us the poolside room, even though I'd specified. The room was outdated, it sufficients big renos. The air conditioning didn't cool well, and the refrigerator didn't work. The bathroom was poor quality, and the towels weren't clean enough. They are 5 star but definitely It's NOT, at most a 3-star hotel. We won't be choosing this place again.

“An average hotel overall”
+The room is good and the hotel gave some fruits in the room for free, which is nice to have after a long day of travel. The towers are worn out in some degree. The breakfast is average.

“Not a good experience for the stay”
+The staff at the front desk and breakfast area was quite welcoming. However, the rooms were smelling, secondly the walls and doors of the hotel are too thin. We could hear people walking outside the room, couples talking and enjoying in the very next room the whole night. Thirdly, someone was banging our door and we went to check who is outside. We found no one. Finally, The blankets and bed covers were dirty too. Upon calling reception, they had no response for the same issues too.
