“Fantastic rooms with an amazing view”
+First of all the host Giuseppe was available from booking to departure. Very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless clean and comfortable. The kitchen was great coffee some easy breakfast options too. Very well done overall. The view from our balcony overlooking the city was fantastic. Just sitting there watching life was great. Location is in the city a few minutes walk to everything Catania can offer. We will definitely come back and stay here just by the host experience itself. The fact there was proper soap and toilet paper etc was a bonus too.

“Fantastic service, view & location!”
+Giuseppe was always available to help with anything I needed during my stay. He kindly offered assistance with booking tours and even accommodated a late checkout and luggage storage, which I really appreciated. The views are absolutely unbelievable, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. Piazza del Duomo was only a five-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The room was very comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with extra amenities, including shampoo and body wash. Coffee pods were provided daily for my morning coffee, and the shared kitchen also had a terrace with a spectacular view. I only wish I could have stayed longer than three days! I had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

+The landlord's attitude was excellent,the best we’ve encountered. He was very caring, always available to respond quickly to any requests, and was friendly and service-oriented.
−The room was nice, but the balcony was so small it was practically useless. The location is unpleasant due to the surrounding neighborhood; although the apartment entrance is on a main street, the area around the building is not at all inviting.

+The location was close to the city center and all the restaurants. The room was very up-to-date. The owner was extremely helpful. He helped us with many questions like getting taxi to train station and rail ticket to Cefalu information etc.
−Since we are travel bloggers and have already visited 100 countries, we have to be fair and responsible for readers of our reviews. We share all the positives and not so positive information especially for those travelers from USA like us. We Americans set temperature at 69 F which is 20 C at night when go to sleep. But in Europe they are used to 24 C. Your room temperature might feel hotter if you are from America. If that's not a problem for you, this place is a very good quality apartment.

“Ace last minute booking whilst Etna erupted and we got stuck!”
+Central location. Elevator - essential as on 5th floor. Excellent host and communication. Great little community kitchen. Comfortable bed. View of the port.
−Shower was a bit weak when washing hair and aircon took a bit of time to cool down the room - but both minor!

“Top Lage! Super netter Gastgeber!”
+Hier ist ein Entwurf für deine Booking.com-Bewertung: Die Lage der Unterkunft ist einfach perfekt! In nur etwa 5 Gehminuten erreicht man den Fischmarkt, wo man sich morgens super mit frischem Obst eindecken kann. Auch für den täglichen Bedarf ist gesorgt: Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist nur 1 Minute entfernt und in der direkten Umgebung gibt es verschiedene gemütliche Cafés, in denen man wunderbar frühstücken kann. Sehr praktisch ist auch die Gemeinschaftsküche, die voll ausgestattet ist - inklusive Spülmaschine! Die kleine dazugehörige Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Ein ganz großes Plus war der Gastgeber Giuseppe: Er ist sehr nett, extrem freundlich und war die ganze Zeit über ansprechbar. Der kontaktlose Check-in hat dank seiner klaren Anleitung reibungslos funktioniert (wichtig: man muss vorab seinen Ausweis schicken). Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
−Das Gebäude selbst macht leider einen recht heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Zudem liegt die Unterkunft in einer sehr lauten Umgebung, was die Nachtruhe beeinträchtigen kann. Wer mit dem Auto anreist: Es gibt zwar Parkmöglichkeiten am Straßenrand, diese sind jedoch kostenpflichtig und man braucht sehr viel Glück, um einen freien Platz zu ergattern
