+The tree house very much lives up to its name. The accommodation is adorable and even tho it has little things it can improve on, it was a pleasure to stay there. You wake up with geese and donkey noises and both kids and adults alike were fascinated by all the friendly animals and nature all around.

−Not clean at all. I found 3 dead true bugs in one of the three beds alone. The balcony was covered in pigeon excements. The water came out of the faucet rusty and brown. No warm water. The adress listed is totally wrong, i called and they gave me the corrext adress.

−Nobody was waiting for me! Only the caretaker was there but completly drunk! The room was full of bugs(dead and alive) Heating didn't work! Very hard to find the place!

+- Nice farm to see a lot of animals and nature - Cute and cozy room - Free parking all the time - Not that far from Sofia
−- The toilet seat was dirty when we entered the room - The cows were making loud noises from 5 AM until 9AM until the personnel came to milk them, difficult to let you sleep - The place was a bit difficult to reach

“Enjoyable, nature-based, worth it.”
+I adored the set up of the room, the overall energy of the place, the rooftop overlooking the trees. The owners were very chill, respectful and welcoming. Very present Bulgarian hospitality! Upon arrival, the communication via whatsapp was super helpful!
−Aside from the room, which was very clean and ready for a guest, I felt that the kitchen space wasn't exaclty prepped for a paying guest. I think having a communal fridge would have been helpful, as the one in the room is good for some snacks and treats, but maybe for longer term guests, being shown a bigger fridge upon arrival. I am a solo woman traveling alone and was not aware that their was no one else on the property for my second night. There are many animals on the farm which is nice, but I felt very fearful as I believe another animal such as a wild hog/maybe even a wolf was around. For some nature people, this isn't a problem, but being secluded and not knowing the neighbors or not even one guest or host on the property that night, as more of a city girl, made me feel pretty scared until the morning when the farmhands arrived. If you are more of an avid hiker, someone looking to have a cute space, but spend most of your days out on the trails less than yoga/meditation/solitude practice, this is a good space. The hosts and farmhands are kind and enjoy being social when there, and when they are not there, you are very much secluded with many animals!
