“Wonderful city break”
+Clean, comfortable, towels, hair dyer and shower products provided, big window allowing the light in the mornings.
−It was 4 flights up - we didn’t mind but the steps never got easier! 😂

+Good location
−Have to climb 6 floors to get to the top room which is the main reception. There was no air con at all during the heatwave. It was expensive for what it was.

+This property was perfect when it came to location as it offered the old-town, which was next door, as well as the sea-side for a good morning walk/run. It was also close to very nice beaches. The apartment itself was well furnished, and very pleasing to stay in. The host is also very helpful, welcoming and pleasant. Recommend 10/10

“Excellent service and communication with host”
+Location was great
−Nothing Communication with the host was superb and she let us drop our bags off earlier in the day at the desk so we didn’t have to lug them around We came back soon than expected and she communicated with us the room was ready which was fantastic

“Sem a comodidade de um hotel. O anúncio não corresponde a realidade. Cansativa demais.”
+NUNCA informaram na reserva que seria um AIRBNB- ficamos 5 dias com as mesmas toalhas, de banho e de rosto. Mesma roupa de cama, sem limpeza. Não havia recepcionista hora nenhuma no ambiente. Era 4º andar, escadas altas, sem elevadores. HORRÍVEL. E o valor, era ainda o mesmo de outro local com elevador, nós que não sabíamos. A vista é linda, mas para quem não quer só a vista e sim férias com tranquilidade e limpeza, não vá. São 4 ou 5 quartos alugados em um mesmo andar. O tamanho do quarto era bom, mas eu trocaria um menor pelos requisitos básicos que esperávamos.

Ficamos mais de duas horas procurando no endereço, ninguém soube informar na vizinhança e quando fomos encontrar,. era um prédio comum, de moradia, chamado de hotel boutique. Propaganda enganosa.

−Já sabíamos disso no momento da compra, mas subir 4 andares com malas grandes, aquecedor acredito que era dividido entre todos os quartos então acabou água quente em uma ocasião, e limpeza poderia ser melhor
