+Very friendly staff. Felt like family. Nice facility. We saw a crocodile and a manatee while relaxing on our deck.

“Poor and very disappointed from a repeat customer x 3”
+Friendly staff, Jenn only
−As we were checking in Dallas, the property manager treated us with the most disrespect. He made us feel like we were trailer trash. Not very well perceived! We have been coming here for the past two years and have never had a problem ever. But the old saying first impression makes a lasting impression. Well he sure ruined it . He is not a people person or Customer oriented. He was very rude and angry. We wanted to rent a boat, but they said we had to go through Dallas so we chose not to do that. Customer service is so important. He is slacking in every way all I can say is the crew that he has working for him is the only reason that we stayed. They made us feel comfortable.

“Fantastic, unique getaway for couples or family right on the water”
+Adorable, pristine houseboat on a lovely lake. Everything was immaculate and the mattress was very comfortable. Staff goes above and beyond. Lovely pool on the property, and should you wish to take out a boat or kayak, it’s all right here. Absolutely loved our stay😁

“Lovely place to stay!”
+Great little house, can’t beat the views, especially at sunset!
−Sometimes the pool music was just too loud or on top early/too late

“Life on a houseboat!”
+Dallas is fantastic and the location couldn't be better!!
−The smell of nasty sargassum ( not their fault) made it impossible to enjoy the boat deck. Also, next time I'll request to stay away from the pool side due to noise.

“Cozy and comfortable Florida houseboat experience”
+Beautiful houseboat on the water! Comfy beds with facilities of an entire home. Strong AC.pool is lovely. We got the Everglades theme so we had crocs all over our house, which was so fun!
−Nothing to complain about! The only little thing could be sound. The house boats are all in a row so if you have some loud neighbors, you can hear them rustling around, but most people seem to be tourists so just people coming in Going and occasional mom yelling at her kids to get up haha. Sound wasn’t that big of an issue at all.
